After washing dishes at least twice, they are still not clean. Additionally, they don't dry. There's so much water remaining on the dishes it's crazy. Unfortunately, I am active duty military so with the required travel for my job, I missed the return period. Please, save your money. Samsung is usually great but now I notice these items are cheaply and quickly made. Do not buy!

This dryer model has a heated dry option; we recommend turning this setting on to increase drying performance. Hold the Heated Dry button for three (3) seconds when power is on to lock and unlock the buttons on the control panel.
