Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A week ago I noticed that this dishwasher is not draining..two or 3 inches of water sitting in the bottom.No reason for this to be happening because all the dishes/silverware I put in it are lightly soiled. I always make sure there there is no food left on the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. Also, the dishes come out soaking wet even though I pushed the "heated dry" option. I wish I had repaired my previous dishwasher, rather than buying this one. I called the Samsung warranty phone number and supposedly they are coming out to fix it this Saturday, which means I have to be at home between Noon and 4:00 pm. I will have been without a working dishwasher for a week by that time. Very inconvenient. Will update this post after it is repaired.

There is no leak and after a week of so of error messages, it finally begins working again. This happened right after the 1 year mark after our purchase so we were no longer under warranty and the cost or repair is near the cost of a new dishwasher. We will never buy Samsung again.

Cheap Build

Stainless steel is a very thin gauge which barely qualifies it to be in the category. Even though this Samsung dishwasher was a couple hundred dollars more expensive the overall build materials feel really cheap in comparison.

don't buy at Best Buy

I've been trying to return this item which show in my account as returned yet is seating in my leaving room, same as everything else i bought with this package and when i try to return the item it says that they can't do the transaction because it shows as already being returned yet they haven't returned the money and I'm sure if in the future I need the warranty for the items i keep they probably won't honor it since it shows as being return already

Cheaply made, my older Samsung dishwasher was over 13 years old and was put together much better and had better overall quality. I miss the old Samsung.
