I installed and ran once and it did the job fine. The following day a light was blinking and it would not stop trying to drain. Busted

Got it installed at the beginning of December machine won't drain. Made a new appointment for new dishwasher and installation and it was tow separate appointment so delivery man won't leave new dishwasher. Then installer came and the was no dishwasher to install. So it in over a month later still don't have working dishwasher. Tomorrow is new appointment. Hoping it will be installed and working. Bought on November 26 it is now January and don't have product yet. This is the third and hopefully late appointment.

I like the racks with the dividers placed to hold all the dishes from a large family meal!

It's not a stainless steel, it's plastic. The plastic tub was cracked when it arrived. Samsung and Best Buy both refused to do anything about it, as we bought it for a rehab we were doing and had to wait two months before it was installed. Only then, did we realize the PLASTIC tub was cracked. Very disappointing.
