I can't imagine a worse dishwasher

It leaves food all over the dishes, the racks have weird narrow spacing so my plates don't actually fit very well, and on top of that I have had to call and have it repaired THREE TIMES since I had it installed and I haven't even owned it a year. The dishes are always wet. I had a small countertop dishwasher I was using as a temporary fix before I had this one, and for comparison, it worked way better and those aren't even that great. I hate this dishwasher so much, I would buy a new one in a heartbeat to replace it if I had the funds right now. Do not buy. Maybe I got a lemon, but I have no idea where these good reviews are coming from.

I always loved Samsung products TV etc.. This Dishwasher was not a good call. the install was not friendly the unit is not one to be able to work on easy I can see. It took at least 6 pre washes to get the unit clean to even wash dishes. the instructions conflict with everything they say it can do. its ok now as a washer but nothing more than a $200 unit can do.

Don’t buy!

Now the rinse mode won’t stop. Just keeps humming and repeating. You cant re-set it even when disconnecting the power and powering up again. Don’t want to spend $200-plus on a repair for a cheap dishwasher. Save your time and money. Can’t find anyone who services Samsung anyway. Do not buy this!

Worst Best Buy Purchase of My Life.

We recently changed out our old GE unit and this poorly made unit only works intermittently. Gives a “water supply” warning despite properly metered water pressure at the shut off. When triggers, the cycle stops but this unit brings hot water in, then pumps is straight out. Wasting hundreds of gallons in the middle of the night. Racks are flimsy and roll past their stops. Rack adjustment height system “technology” is from the 1970’s. DO NOT PURCHASE. Will try a 3rd service call then returning.

I called Samsung and they didn't stay behind their product and pretty much told me to buy new racks which would add up to 500$ just for the racks, both of them. which doesnt make sense. Do yourself a favor and don't buy A Samsung dishwasher. They are terrible and the warranty is non existent. Better options out there ...

I got this dishwasher and had problems within the first year, same as fridge with ice maker, and now my Samsung washer is having problems. Spend your money on something you won’t have to repair. Only trust reviews that have been posted after a year of ownership.
