We are very pleased with this refrigerator. We do not use the lowest drawer in it, since it requires both doors to be open, and we do not need to use it. In order words, this refrigerator has plenty of space.

Tons of room compared to our old side-by-side of similar size. I would have given it 5 star except that the ice maker fills with a little too much water and support tells me there's no adjustment for it.

We bought this refrigerator a month ago. Hooked it right up and it has run perfectly, no problems. It is spacious and quiet. The led lighting is bright and the placement of shelves and drawers is perfect. The ice maker is relatively quiet.

Doors are out of alignment from factory. Can see into fridge with doors closed. Having replaced. Fridge is very noisy when running. 3 times as loud as my 15 yr old fridge it replaced. Not just when ice is dumped but almost all the time it is very noisy. Fridge has a great finish on it, finger pro he wipe right off. Bb geeksquad installed and did not notice gap in door and they also did not level the fridge as promised, legs were still all the way up after they left...Doors are also hard to shut compared to my last fridge

This refrigerator is spacious inside yet fits exactly where it needs to be. It is sleek in its design and both attractive and functional. I'm very happy with it.

I bought this at the same time as my range, dish washer and Microwave. If ordering the smudge proof,forget it it will never come. I tried for a few weeks and needed the fridge so I gave up and just went with the regular SS. It is very nice and really not horrible with fingerprints! It will accept magnets, if your into that! I had some problems with getting this to my house do to the first one being dented and a story way to long to post,but was trying to get the smudge proof,that Samsung swears they have in stock, but when it comes to getting it in just never arrives. Best buy has been wonderful with working with me.I was able to use the dented model till my new one arrived. So that was so helpful! I have had no issues so far with best buy's costumer service,they have been nothing but wonderful!!! Fridge so far is working wonderful and no loud noises,knock on wood!

I was replacing an old side by side when I purchased this refrigerator. I love the French doors and the freezer on the bottom. It is also nice to have the water available inside instead of having it on the outside of the door. Very happy with my purchase.

We love this refrigerator! We have had a 19 cu top freezer for ever! Wow! The amount of space is awesome! I like that the water is inside and not on the door! We are saving money in bottled water too!

We've had this fridge for about 2 months and its great. It was on sale and extra percent off down to $1300. I think at $2000 it's a bit too much. Again, great room in top and freezer. Easy for the kids to open and get at their drawer of goodies. Water on the inside likes to drip for a bit after you use it, pretty annoying. It is a lot louder than I expected and the ice maker takes a very long time to make ice. Overall, for the price we paid you can't beat the size, performance and quality.

First of all I got the Black fridge that is supposed to be smudge proof, and it is to a point, so yes you will still be having hand prints on it, but just a bit, it still is a great color and covers prints better than the basic white. Second we really like the lay out of the inside of the fridge and the inside of the freezer no problems there, lots of room and easy to keep stuff organized. Third and this is why I only give it a 4 star instead of five, I am really disappointed on how loud this fridge is when it is running, it's the loudest fridge I have ever owned, the first week of it being in my house I had a hard time sleeping because it ran louder than my last one. Example: if the house is quite you will hear it running, if you are eating at the table having a conversation you will hear it running. Now I don't hear it right now because my neighbor is edging his lawn, or you won't hear it over the TV or washing laundry. Again we really like the fridge so many great concepts about the design, but I would think Samsung would have made it quieter. Maybe because of the twin cooling it's louder? idk oh and the ice maker don't make a whole lot of ice at one time, it only makes enough to cover the bottom of the ice try that it dumps in to. Don't know if this answers any questions you may have wondered about but I hope it helps you make a informed decision. and yes I would still recommend this fridge the good out weighs the inconvenient.

This refrigerator is very sharp looking and really compliments the kitchen. Fingerprints (from the little ones) are a bit of a pain though. The refrigerator portion is large and spacious, but it lacks options for the owner to put larger items, like wine bottles, 2L bottles, etc on the shelves. Everything has to be stored on its side, which is just inconvenient because of leaks and spills. The water dispenser inside the fridge is just terrible placement and is hardly even usable. The freezer is ok--I am still getting used to it. I have never had a pull out chest-type freezer, so I'm still warming up to it. Things get buried, shelves get stuck or fall off track, but I'm still learning the territory. All in all, I do like the fridge, I am just getting used to it.

I like this unit. I have had it for over a month now. We purchased this unit in the scratch and dent section. Istallation went well, and enjoy the extra space. 1 week into having it, the multi temp deli drawer lid came off, and noticed the top/cover of the shelf above it had a broken part that held it level and the door in place. Called Samsung and the helper did not understand what was wrong, and sent a crisper drwaer and right door gallon shelf. Then last week a left gallon shelf broke. Not sure how though. I have noticed that the food we store stays really fresh longer than in my old one. Very happy with the unit overall, and enjoy the water dispenser in the fridge.

I grew up with a side-by-side fridge, but got used to a french door fridge when I moved. I love the expanded storage--it just seems like a better use of space. I love how functional it is. Shelves are all adjustable and come out for cleaning. You can even pop out the glass from the shelf frame if something leaks under it. My in-laws have a Maytag fridge that freezes things in the back if you block the top shelf with too many items. This fridge seems to be better about that. Only slight freezing from things that have been pushed against the very back for a long time. Produce seems to do pretty well. Berries are good for at least a week if they're not from a bad batch. It also conveniently chimes at you if you leave the doors open. Water filter is easily replaceable. Filters are pricey, but they do make water taste much better and last 6 months at least. We bought Geek Squad protection, in case we had any problems like other early reviewers mentioned. Fortunately, as explained by the helpful Best Buy team member, manufacturers redesign troublesome parts as time goes by, so a current fridge will be better built than the first models. No problems so far. The only annoying this is how the ice falls behind the drawer if the ice bin is full. I sometimes dig them out, but they stay out of sight and eventually evaporate, so oh well. I also clean the surface with Affresh stainless steel foaming cleaner, which works great. Wiping with a wet cloth doesn't work in my area because of our hard water. The best price of the year is at Black Friday. Great deal for such a nice fridge. I don't need the latest bells and whistles.

Nice addition to the kitchen! Family loves it! Really like the fact the water dispenser is inside versus outside. Allows more space inside the fridge. Only wish is for more control on the ice cubes besides "on and off."

So spacious and modern, but you do have to push the doors for them to close as with other doors you can just let them go and they’ll close on there own, but it’s not a bad thing but it’s just something I noticed

Nice fridge with plenty of room. Filter is easy to access and water location is in a good spot. Shipping tape is every however, including on drawers on the inside. For a new fridge, it sure makes some clunky noises. I was expecting a much quieter unit. Some build and or design elements of the fridge make it look like the fridge is unfinished (upper door hinges example show a lot of grease). This fridge shows every touch. Let's see how long it lasts. Purchased extended warranty with it.

The refrigerator is great; big, easy to see food, and well lit. Two improvements are needed to make it a 5 star. First is the ice maker - it is too small and slow producing. Secondly is the water dispenser - it is recessed and sometimes hard to use with some containers. There is also an inherent flaw with almost all french door refrigerators - they sometimes don't close. I'm pleased, but I liked my kitchen-aid architect fridge a little better due to the ice-maker and the water dispenser, but the size of this fridge is larger and better lit.

We are very happy with this refrigerator. It has plenty of space. We really liked the fast cooling and freezing features to get it ready for food without waiting for hours upon hours.

Love the design and spaciousness of this fridge. It looks so good in our kitchen! The in-built filtered water dispenser is awesome. The water is always perfectly chilled and tastes great. Haven't quite mastered the best humidity controls to keep my veggies fresher longer; but that's on me. Only one negative - freezer drawers feel a little flimsy, but are otherwise working well.

Lots of room to store and organize small and big items throughout the fridge. Very spacious freezer even with the ice maker in it. It was our personal preference to not have the water or ice dispenser on the outside and it turned out to be less expensive too in addition to look better. We definitely prefer the clean lines of it. And still enjoy the filtered water dispenser located in the inside. Very happy with our purchase and convinced this fridge gives us great value for our money.
