I absolutely love this refrigerator. After reading almost 100 reviews on this refrigerator and similar models, I can emphatically say, my purchase was a good decision. I love many of the bells and whistles that come with it, especially the ring tone reminder that the fridge has remained opened for an extended amount of time. Yippee, no fingerprints or smudges to wipe away. It's very spacious with several compartments, including a deli drawer. Contrary to some reviews, my fridge is not noisy.... Hope my positive comments are ongoing for the years to come and future surveys. It's energy efficient as reflected in the last two electrical bills including ongoing display of lights during the Christmas holidays. I highly recommend this Samsung 25.5 cu.ft French Door model for purchase. Love it!

The french-door fridge that came with the brand new house gave up after only 6 years. The ice maker/water dispenser clogged up causing an ice dam that eventually rusted the back of the refrigerator. The repairman specifically picked this model for me. + It is wide, has the right capacity for a 6 member household. We do have a older refrigerator in the garage. + Easy digital temperature controls + Ice and water controls won't clog / form an ice dam + Not noisy when making ice =================== - Water dispenser button needs a redesign. It broke (under warranty). - The water spigot is too short. The tube needs to be longer. If one is not careful, you will cause a big mess when filling up your pitcher.

I had been looking for a fridge for a long time, because I wanted one that was spacious, without a lot of "bells and whistles". This one fits the bill. This refrigerator holds more than my other 2 combined. I am very organized and use a good number of containers for all the fruits and vegetables we eat....it holds them all perfectly. The doors are spacious, I really like the drawer that pulls out for misc. items. It has a water dispenser that is inside and out of the way, and an ice maker that is also convenient. I love this refrigerator....and I am pretty picky!

It works. I bought in store. Scratch and dent. Huge discount i was weary about it being out of the box, ive never purchased out of the box. Sales associate told us it didn't fit in a space where they delivered it. Never turned it on. I hope he was being honest... well i def bought the ext warranty just in case and for pc. Of mind. I had to call geek squad out once so far they people that hooked it up didn't install the hose right so it was leaking and only making small amt of ice per day. Once the geek squad came out they fixed the hose and showed us how to make more ice. (Probably could have figured out how to make more ice but it didnt come with a manual)everything is fine now . I like it plenty of room, the filter is in a convenient spot so are the temp controls. Lighting is good. I like the alarm that goes off if u leave it open too long. Opps!

This refrigerator has greatly exceeded our expectations. The space in the refrigerator and the freezer is more than ample for an average family. Quiet running in fast ice making. The water dispenser is inside the refrigerator!

My wife and I were looking for a nice affordable refrigerator for out new home and this was the answer. The black stainless steel is very beautiful and the fridge works very well. I have had it now for 10 months with no complaints. Nice compartments. The filter alert comes on every 6 months so i would suggest buying an extra filter when purchasing this fridge. We love it!!!!

Cool looking fridge with good temp control functions & so much extra room with no Ice/Water dispenser in the door. Only minor con so far is that it sometimes can make some slightly irritating noises when it's actively running

We this when our refrigerator of 18 years died. We decided NOT to go with water in the door as we don't have small kids and wanted the extra space in the refrigerator. Very happy with that decision! Refrigerator has lots of room, but one complaint is that you can't stand a jug of milk upright in the BACK of the refrigerator due to the fixed height limitations of the shelves. So far we have stored the milk in the door, and it seems to have stayed cold enough. (Was a problem with our previous refrigerator so I was concerned, but it stays nice and cold). The unit is also a little noisy, not annoyingly so, but you can hear it periodically. I love the flexibility for temperature control in both refrigerator and freezer. Freezer is so easy to access. Very happy with the decision to buy this unit

My husband has tried for years to get me to buy this. I finally conceded and wished I had done it years ago. Everything we use so frequently is easily accessible to all the kids. The water dispenser inside the fridge eliminated the youngest one bathing the floor at least 3 times a day. My mother can get into the fresh food drawers without wrenching her back or losing her balance. And the bonus is IT IS GORGEOUS. Not a word you would typically associate with a fridge, but the black stainless really is. The only downside is the manual says magnets will scratch the finish. The upside to that is its so pretty I don't want anything placed on the front!

This is my second time owning this model. The first one I had for 3 years without a problem and sold it with the house. Liked it so much I bought it again in my current house. It replaced a 26 cu ft GE side by side and even though this is 1 cu ft smaller, it holds a lot more groceries because the space is utilized better. The LED lighting is a huge difference. The quality of the materials (doors, shelves, hinges, etc.) is better than other brands of similar models. There was water leaking in the deli drawer after a few weeks but the repair man fixed it at no cost. The seal that the water filter connected to the supply line was not tight.

This fridge was one of the highest recommendations from Consumer Reports. We really like it - it's quite spacious inside and the zoned temperature areas are really awesome. Two downsides: 1) the ice maker in the bottom freezer makes too much ice and then it falls behind the drawer where you can't reach it. I suspect there are random ice cubes accumulating back there! 2) the fridge makes some pretty loud rattling noises. That isn't an issue for us, since our kitchen is separate from the living areas, but if you have an open floor plan or are just sensitive to annoying noises, then maybe reconsider.

Had a Frigidaire that crapped out after less than 3 years and made loud noises every hour or so. New samsung is quiet and like that the water dispenser is located inside the fridge so kids can play with it.

Love this fridge! It is so spacious! It has a water dispenser inside so that helps give the fridge more space! No unsightly water/ice dispenser on the outside showing hard water marks after time! It is perfect!!!

Samsung Refrigerator model RF 261BEAE 25.5 CU FT review, built August 2018. This was warranty replacement for the same model number only listed as 26CU FT. I looked at many models, but none of the ones in this range had the features this one has. The interior has the Best interior and Best LED lighting, fantastic features besides the ones I listed. It is very quiet, never notice any noise except it is louder when making and dropping the ice, I dealt with many employees in the Vacaville store while trying to make my choice and they were all great: Carolina, Lina, Alexis, Esteremy. David and Carlos delivered the refrigerator and they were the most thorough, and competent delivery people I have ever had in my home, bar none. Great experience all around. Love the new frig.

We wanted to be able to get water from the refrigerator and like that it’s inside. The ice maker is in the lower freezer where we wanted it and provides very easy access. It was affordable and offered numerous features.
