I love that the water dispenser and ice maker are not in the door. It's so superior to any in door system. It's very spacious and everything is very visible. We're really enjoying it.

A good refrigerator with plenty of internal space. If you're not looking for a ice and water dispenser at the door (which we were not as we prefer bottled water) this unit saves all that space and makes it available for your food. Very easy to organize and customize the interior as you please. Oh, and they put a water dispenser inside on the side wall too if you really want that tap water at the fridge. Just a very friendly unit and well thought out. We had an earlier model for years that worked great, this one is almost identical with a few upgrades. What happened to the old one? Well, don't teach your Doberman to close the door. He hit it like a freight train, never saw a door slammed so hard in my life ;)

Product is very nice and quiet fits every thing I could think of. The deli draweris a very nice plus. Lots of storage on the doors. Fits big bottles of juice.the ice makerwworks great. Freezer has lots of room and works grate.

This is a very nice and spacious fridge. Good price point compared to similar units of other brands. Time will tell how it lasts, but for now ... very pleased with it.

Nice and roomy and I noticed that my organic veggies are not wilting as fast as usual. My only complaint is the knocking noise it makes. Scares me and my puppy!!

Love the black stainless! This refrigerator has a lot of space, especially in the freezer. The sliding shelf is nice for when you have taller items. Also like that the water dispenser is inside.

I chose this refrigerator because I wanted a clean look on the outside. The French doors and freezer on the bottom is perfect. The real treat is the chilled purified water dispenser on the inside of the left door. Awesome feature!! Very happy with this purchase.

Did lots of shopping before buying this one, love the internal water dispenser, doesn't take up fridge space like an external one. Tons of room and features. Great one for the money when on sale.

This refrigerator has a wonderful inside layout. The inside water dispenser keeps the water cold and the bottom ice cube maker is key in keeping those "mistakes" from happening in the kitchen where ice cubes go flying when someone leaves the choice on ice cube on a front door model! So much room. I would recommend for anyone!

Only had my new refrigerator for a week; I am very pleased with the ice maker and the ample space for food storage. This model does make some noise not including when the ice drops into the tray. Over all, I am pleased with my purchase and the delivery team.

Loving the new Samsung refrigerator that we ordered. The French doors make it easy to access everything even in the back and the sleek design allows for all the shelves to be moved up or down in half level increments which helps when there’s only 1-2 tall bottles you don’t have to sacrifice the whole shelf. Secondly the water pressure for the filter is amazing not the trickle that most refrigerators have which annoys the heck out of me. That being said the water does drip all over the ground when in use.

We like this fridge so far. The french door configuration helps us choose foods without letting all the cold air out, plus the distribution of space allows us to store more items than our side-by-side of the same size. Love the stainless too. Two items concern me: the ice is a very good quality, but the machine -- even after resetting it twice, makes ice too slowly. It never fills the bin. Also, the refilling of water and the icemaker itself is very noisy. Extremely noisy... wake you up in the middle of the night from the other end of the house -- noisy.

Less than one year after purchasing a french door fridge, a little hinge at the bottom of the sealing flap on the left door broke. Although the fridge was still under warranty, the Samsung CSR informed me that it wasn't covered by the warranty. When I pressed them for why, they said my warranty had expired (they never asked me when I purchased the fridge). The warranty, they said expired one year after the fridge WAS MANUFACTURED! That was in June 2014. I purchased the fridge in October 2014. Thankfully I had bought a Geek Squad protection warranty and Best Buy took care of setting Samsung straight. Based on the amazingly poor Samsung customer service, I would not recommend this fridge, nor ANY Samsung product.

Had the same refrigerator in white but had to repurchase stainless for house sale. The newer model version had no door shelf in freezer - which was handy for small items. Also, newer model did not have butter shelf on door shelf. Too bad Samsung decided to change these features....the refrigerator is great otherwise.

fit like a glove in the kitchen. huge space in freezer . tones of storage and love the ability to remove shelves for large items. 10/10 dolphins.

I really like our new refrigerator. It has plenty of storage space and the temperatures remain constant. Nice modern look and enjoy the water/ice maker.

We really like the looks and performance of the frig, but it clunks and "moans". We turned off the ice maker, never planned to use it. We can't understand why it is so noisy. Delivered on 9/5/2015.

So far so good, have it about 3 weeks now...it is a very nice and classy looking frig. We had a frost problem in the freezer for a bit but upped the freezer temp to 4 degrees from zero which is the factory preset and its back to normal so far. Lots of space and definitely keeps produce fresher longer. Bought the stove to match a week ago, loving that too.

Really was surprised how much room there is on each door for storage. Storage on shelves are great. We really like it. Water inside on wall is great also.

Bought this fridge because it had the features of units much more expensive. The water dispenser is inside the fridge, not in the door which is preferable to me. I'd rather have the extra space in the door as its not hard to open the door and get water. The full width pantry is great and the crisper drawers are spacious without taking a lot of space in the fridge itself. The french doors are great as it puts the items you use the most in the doors which leaves a lot of room for food! The Freezer tray holds plenty of stuff that you again access frequently while storing plenty of stuff in the chest below.
