The capacity and storage organization of this refrigerator is excellent. The quality of the water and ice maker is great. Energy usage is much lower than my previous GE Fridge.

We replaced a whirlpool unit with this one. The Samsung has a lot of room and flexible layout. Room for large trays Love the controls. Easy to adjust temp on refrigerator side (top) or bottom freezer. Overall pretty quiet. You can hear the ice maker when ice is ejected into the tray....typical of most refrigerators. We didn’t want a through the door ice maker because we have had such bad luck with frequent repairs. Easy to open bottom and collect ice cubes. Water filter pretty typical and easy to replace. Very happy with this product

We know have two of these wonderful Samsung french door refrigerators in 2 different sizes. They look beautiful and we love the functionality of the wide open refrigerator space and pull-out drawer freezer. This newer version also has a cold water dispenser inside the refrigerator door which is excellent. The installation was perfect....the technicians arrived on time, completed the installation without issue and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend the Samsung French Door refrigerator series!

My wife and I needed an extra storage fridge for our garage. We bought this fridge and are very happy with it so far. It's only been a month and we are now able to store much more food and stock up especially since our area is prone to hurricanes.

Great Fidge that gives you ice water and ice but doesn't use up half the left door doing it. Also gives an alarm if the doors are open too long .. great feature with kids around. Installation was a breeze and on time

The reviews I looked at prior to purchase indicated 2 problems. Looking closely, I hope the problems have been corrected. Best Buy has an extended warranty program that for the price, hopefully, would correct the problem if they occur. Time will tell in both cases.

My wife originally wanted a Whirlpool with water and ice dispenser, but after looking at various Whirlpool, Samsung, and LG models she decided she needs the space rather than the ice maker on the door which takes up a lot of room. Therefore she chose this model, which has the water dispenser (though you have to open the left door first) and still can make ice to the lower tray. She has all the room she wants and since we have a mini freezer in the garage she can put the remaining frozen stuff in there. So far we are happy with our purchase.

This was the most difficult purchase that I have ever made. My credit card was declined twice requiring 2 phone calls to Capial One. This has never occured on Amazon or any other online retailer for a purchase of a siimilar or much greater amounrt.

Really like the features such as inside door water dispenser, easy access to ice for placing in coolers, etc. Adjustable half shelves an awesome feature didn't even know I needed. Delivery team was excellent.

Very nice looking fridge. I like how this has water in the door without having the unit built in the door or leaky ice machine like other Samsung models. More dependable if you ask me. The only downside is that sometimes when you just open the left door the magnetic door latch doesn’t swing fully where it should and the door latch hits the other door when you try and push the door back. Might be a defect in just my unit though, I plan on contacting them eventually if it continues to do this.

fridge is exactly what we wanted. Water dispenser in the fridge instead of the huge clunky looking ones outside the doors. Love all the extra space for platters.

I really like the double door design with the freezer compartment below. The sliding drawer in the freezer makes for convenient storage.

This fridge is nice but it runs loudly. Very spacious for a family of four. Freezer can get a little tight if buying in bulk. Does capture a few finger prints... but the worst thing about it is that you can hear it fill the ice maker, dump the ice, and kick on to maintain temperature. If you have an open concept living room/ kitchen, you are going to hear it all day long.

I have owned this unit for 3 years and enjoyed many of the features, design, and finish... but it is all overshadowed by a major flaw. Let's start with the good: Great stainless finish... it still looks great and has been reasonably easy to clean. Great interior space... it is very easy to adjust and move shelves so that there is plenty of available space for items of all sizes. Great interior lighting... the LEDs have worked great and keeps every nook well lit. The interior water dispenser is fantastic! This has been our favorite feature by far. It keeps the exterior of the fridge clean looking and clutter-free and is very simple to use...simply open the left door and place a cup/container against the dispenser button and enjoy a strong, cold stream of water. WONDERFUL! The in-freezer ice tub is also great! Fairly large capacity means we always have fresh ice. When full, we can pull the tub out and dump it into an ice chest and it saves us a trip to the store when heading out somewhere. The bad: The digital readout/control for the ice maker is confusing. If the ice indicator light is ON, this means the ice maker is off.... if the light is OFF, this means the ice maker is on. In my opinion, this is backwards. NOW FOR THE REASON FOR THE 1 STAR REVIEW... despite all the great things about this refrigerator/freezer combo, there is a flaw (a common one according to an internet search) that completely flips the review upside down. The drain in the rear wall of the unit that is supposed to drain water from the condenser freezes... so water that is draining through it freezes within it. This clogs the drain and any water dripping from the condenser, now drips through the rear wall and into the refrigerator where the water pools underneath the crisper drawer. This water pools up, hidden from sight, until it has nowhere to go but pour out from the front of the unit and onto your floor. By the time the water has reached this point, it is a large volume of water. It takes about 4 large bath towels for me to soak it all up. The remedy for this is to pull out the contents of your fridge so that you can open the rear wall of the refrigerator, unplug the unit, and let the ice clogging the drain to thaw until water passes through again. Then plug the unit in, restock the fridge, and wait for the drain hole to freeze and clog again. For this issue, I give this unit a 1-star rating and will never recommend this unit to anyone. Between this issue and an issue we have with our washing machine purchased at the same time, I do not care to ever purchase another Samsung product again.

We really like the water dispenser feature on the inside instead of outside of the door. Gives more room inside the door. Cools great and has plenty of room.

I am so happy with my new fridge. It is easy to use(large door bins), easy to operate, and the double wide doors allow me to set a large and fancy dessert in without having to jockey around the single door.

Very pleased with our new fridge! Tons of space and we love the interior water dispenser which helps keep the outside cleaner.

Love this Fridge! The internal water dispenser is great. I had a fridge with a top freezer for 25 years and an old side by side for a few days which we hated so much we had to go look. I really wanted this design but a front dispenser is not a good idea since it would be in the fridge instead of the freezer. I've never had one so I didn't want unnecessary issues. I didn't think much about the internal water either but now, I see they are not featured in all models and I'm so happy i have it. More room in the fridge too. GREAT buy!

There is a lot of space and can hold many items in the door. The water dispenser is nice inside the fridge. There is enough light to see all items.
