We love the look of this fridge. It is sleek and has a good capacity for the fridge and freezer. We also like how the water dispenser is inside. It makes for a cleaner look in our kitchen. The only downfall is that it gets marked easily with fingerprints. Wish we invested in the smudge proof refrigerators.

We decided to scale back on features when shopping for a new fridge. We decided to not get the water and ice in the door. For the price, this is a great fridge.

The Samsung - 25.5 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator was a great buy very impressed with it, see how it goes in a few years and service at Best Buy was excellent.

This fridge is awesome. Looks great and holds a lot of stuff! I gave a 4 as the circulating fan is a bit noisy. Not irritating, but you know when it's running. I never thought it would be making the noise it does. With a suggested retail of $2k, I was hoping for better on that end. I have not hooked up water line yet, so no comment on ice or water dispenser.

Compressor supposed to have a ten year warranty but Samsung won't honor after 4 years!

The fridge was returned bc of a small scratch. “One mans trash”, it turned out to be a top notch fridge. It was missing the water filter but no big deal. And speaking of deals. I got this thing for a very reasonable price, warranty still included. Also, the organization used to get attended by the Best Buy staff was spot on.

Good buy, love the space but definitely loud. It seems the doors are hard to shut.

I really like this refrigerator. Plenty of space and easy to access everything. Trade-off is a little more difficult access to the freezer, but I knew that was the case when I bought french door. Best feature I've found so far is the water filter. The water in El Paso is terrible, and even a Brita filter wouldn't remove the terrible taste. The filter in this fridge removed all of the terrible taste.

I highly recommend this product. We were very hesitant to purchasing a samsung but i am so glad we did. It has so much room easy to clean and works fabulous!

After having this unit installed now for several weeks I feel that I can now provide reasonable feedback. The interior space of this design seem to really maximize the space available. The shelving is very adjustable and some pieces can collapse in half allowing for some taller items to fit without losing an entire shelf. The water dispenser is a space saver also, unfortunately it seems the pressure the water comes out at causes water to splash out of drinking glass. Then when the glass is full and you release the button, you must pause a couple seconds to catch the last few drips of water. I do like the ice maker being in lower freezer portion, again this freed up space on the interior of the door (compared to other in-door water/ice). For the bottom freezer portion, I often feel that the upper tray does not push far enough back when you are accessing the drawers below that top tray. Due to this I feel that I need to be more thoughtful of what and where I place items in the bottom storage drawers. Overall I really like this unit and would suggest it if you are looking to replace or upgrade the fridge you currently have.

I really love my refrigerator and LOVED the delivery guy. My only issue is that the bottom deli drawer sticks and you can feel that it’s jammed so you have to reopen and reclose a couple of times to get it to slide nicely. Also is pretty quiet. (Not as quiet as my old fridge, but it’s still not a loud refrigerator)

LOVE the fridge especially the top. I have more space than my side-by-side. It does take awhile to get used to where to put things in the bottom freezer.

the refrigerator section is very spacious with good lighting. specialty compartments for deli, fruits, and vegetables very useful. operates quietly and so far seems to be efficient. freezer compartment a little smaller than our previous refrigerator, but with sliding drawer and lower section compartmentalized working out for us so far.

This was our major tax refund purchase and we couldn't be happier. Runs great, no major issues.
