Looks great, wish the sides were stainless steel. Easy to set up, need to set the freezer a little higher than book recommends, or ice cream is a block of ice. Runs quiet. I like the water dispenser inside the fridge. Great product for the price.

The Samsung French Door Fridge is spacious, well lit inside, and has a sleek appearance with the Ice and Water inside the unit. I have wanted this for a long time and Best Buy had the reduced price earlier than other retailers anywhere. I was able to snatch a floor model with a dent for $750, which was a steal for a wonderfully functional appliance!

I received my French door Samsung refrigerator after a lot of delivery delays and was not so thrilled with the customer service from Best Buy because they were rude and not helpful. Once it was set up, it was a beautiful fridge! It looks great, and is easy to clean and maintain. The french door style is the best option available these days in fridges because the room is enormous! For a family of three, my side-by-side fridge seemed cramped and not sufficient to store items, and I would end up storing things on top of each other. This fridge is roomy with easy access to everything. It's easy for my kids to access and they love it too. The only negative is that the Samsung is very noisy....you will hear random buzzes and crackles and pops from it, but I bought the extended warranty from best buy, although I am skeptical now that I have dealt with their customer service people....

What can I say about perfection? We absolutely love this fridge! It is sooo roomy inside I have yet to fill it up! It is so classy looking and clean and shiny too. Love the ice down below (such nice cubes!) and the water inside the door. No door exterior mess to worry about! I had a side by side for too long. Love the LEDlights inside too. It does make some “different” noises but not very loud and to be expected when a fridge is making ice. The design of this is awesome and it fits so well in our space. After shoppping around ALOT and having to return one other fridge, I know we got a great price on this at just under $1100... FREE delivery by experts was also AMAZING. Best Buy, you have my business for all future appliances!

We purchased this fridge back in the summer--it is AMAZING! We love the inside water dispenser because outside ones tend to take away space on the inside of that door. The ice maker works great. The fridge pantry is very convenient. Overall, it is a very spacious fridge and freezer. We have no complaints--this was a great purchase for us.

I am so happy with the space, convenience of seeing where things are with the LED lights and ease of using! It's space, space, space galore! Did read reviews which said it was noisy. Not ours! Don't even know it is there unless I need something! Love it! Couldn't recommend it more highly!

This refrigerator is an impressive upgrade over my previous refrigerator. Super quiet and very efficient and effective cooling. Food stays fresher longer. This is not a moderate sized unit. Is much bigger when home than in store! But storage and access to food is easy. Lighting is very bright and quality of bins and shelving is great.

I absolutely love this appliance. It is sleek on the outside, easy to keep clean and is very quiet. It has so much storage and the shelves adjust very easily. The shelves on the door are so easy to adjust you can even do it with items in the compartments. The produce drawers are perfect and the humidity controls keep everything fresh. The pantry drawer is perfect for deli meats, cheeses and butter. the internal water dispenser is great too, very cold water and easy to access. The freezer section is easy to organize and the ice is clear and produces at just the right capacity. This is by far the best refrigerator I've owned, very pleased!

i like this refrigerator a lot. its modern looking and spacious. Knocking a star down cause it does make popping noises like other reviewers have claimed. There is a fix though. To install a foil like panel to hinder the temp swings within the internal components. i'll look into this if the popping doesnt go away on its own.

Overall this seems to be a quality fridge. However, the doors have a catch built-in that makes it hard to close the doors. I am used to just giving a door a good swing and it closes. (similar to slamming a door, but more gentle) These doors need to be "pushed" closed. Probably a child safety feature - but it is annoying. Might get used to it though. Also, the deli drawer is an issue. The items in the drawer must be very low profile or they get pushed toward the back as you slide it open. This is really a drawer meant for a pizza box more than anything else. The other issue I had with the deli drawer is the "lid" that pops up as you open the drawer. It doesn't open enough to get to the items in the back - Again, if it were just a pizza box you would be OK. I eventually popped this "lid" off and removed it. Sure, it has now lost the "crisper" function, but access to the drawer is much better now, even if things get pushed back as you open it. All other things are great - Good water pressure, easy to change filter and the ice maker is fast. I would give it 5 stars if not for the "push" doors and deli tray.

Had a Frigidaire that only lasted for 7 year, first the icemaker in the door quit, plastic drawers snapped, and unit finally went. This one has the icemaker in the bottom half of the freezer, which takes up some space, but it keeps me from overstocking. So far it seems sturdy and there seems to be more room in the frig section.

Love the size and function of this refrigerator. We like the built in filtered water dispenser which has freed up quite a bit of space that the water pitchers occupied. There is a knock/tick sound which I believe is from the ice dispenser which took some time to get used to, but overall we are happy with the purchase.

I bought this after doing some research online. It does a good job of making ice and the water inside is a nice feature. I didn't want the water on the door so this is nice. Lots of features but not too fancy for the price. I've only had this a couple of months so I don't know long term but I'll take a wait and see attitude.

love that the water and ice dispenser are on the inside which gives more storage space on the doors. The dispenser is noisy at night if not turned off but not a terrible bother. The option is there. Spacious and multiple temperature controls for compartments. Overall quiet unit.

Happy with this appliance for both size and function. It does show a few finger prints but I easily wipe them off clean with a dish cloth and a dry towel finishes the job. I noticed some of the other reviews complained about the design and location of the ice maker because it overflows...well there is an on/off button located with the other controls that easily solves that problem. When my ice tray is full I just turn the ice maker off until it runs low again so that seems like a non issue to me. Otherwise this frig is great and so if your looking for this design and size I think you would be happy.

So far a great value for the price. Plenty of space compared to our old unit. I‘ve seen reviews giving poor reviews of the ice maker. It’s worked well for us. A full bin of ice in the first 24 hours. Cubes seems normal size. Provides a lot of ice as the collector tray is deceiving. Holds more ice than we expected. Water dispenser works really well. Our old unit the water would come out slow. The water dispenser on this unit has a powerful stream. May have something to due with a larger water line connecting from the fridge to the wall now. Whatever it is, it’s flowing much better. Overall happy with the purchase so far.

My husband and I were fridge shopping for something suitable for the two of us but that could handle extras when needed. This fridge is perfect! Plenty of storage. Love the in-fridge water so we didn't lose door storage with an thru-the-door water and ice. Large freezer capacity with ice maker. I turn the ice maker off for days and turn it back on to refill the ice as needed. That keeps the ice fresh. Easily accessed switch in front of door. The fridge is quiet and easy to clean. Had Best Buy do the install and set up with no problems. Great value for price!

I really love the french doors and overall look of this fridge. The sliding freezer has plenty of room for groceries. The issue i'm having is a squeaky door hinge that arose 5 months into my purchase. I tried oiling it once and that seemed to work for a few days but I hear it again. It more of an annoyance than anything else. The fridge cooling system also makes some noises that are not a huge concern but that do get my attention. I would think for the price and quality I wouldn't have these external noise disturbances. I might contact the manufacturer about it but it does not affect the performance. Overall i'm satisfied with this purchase.

I am so happy that I purchased this fridge. I love that it looks so clean on the outside. I have never liked seeing the water and ice on the outside. I purchased this with the filtered water on the inside. Best thing I ever did. It is so easy to organize. You can see what you have easily. It is quiet. I highly recommend the refrigerator.
