Owned the fridge for a month & I have to say I'm pretty impressed. Owned a side by side Samsung & wasn't very happy with it, the ice machine was terrible & didn't last long. I was very skeptical about purchasing another Samsung. I couldn't be more happy the ice machine on this model is always full & very spacious

Works great. Keeps produce much fresher than any fridge I’ve ever owned. Very quiet, only hear slight noise when ice drops. Lots of space. A great price! Wish I had purchased it sooner!

We love our new fridge. We had to make a quick purchase because our old one broke over the weekend. Look this up online liked everything that it offered and fits perfectly. Love that the water dispenser is on the inside instead of the outside. Very happy with this purchase, especially since we did not see it in person before we bought it.

We were replacing a 20 year old fridge, that still worked, but didn't go with our newly remodeled kitchen. We looked for several months before coming across this one, in an email ad. I love the look, love that it has a water dispenser inside, rather then in the door. The shelving and freezer drawer are better made then some of the refrigerators that cost more. Plenty of room in the door shelves for all those bottles of ketchup, mustard, salad dressing, etc. My reason's for not giving 5 stars: 1) It is noisy, at times, as others have stated, but not noisy enough that I wouldn't recommend it. 2) I first tried the milk in the door. It didn't keep the milk cold enough. I then tried the milk on the bottom shelf. The milk was colder, but you had to either lay the milk on the side or you could only put two gallons where you could push back the shelf above it. Then the back space of that shelf is wasted. I then put the milk on the top shelf and it's not kept cold enough. I lowered the temp a degree, which helped. Too much inconsistency in the temp, depending on where thinks are put. 3) Not enough flexibility in configuring the shelves. 4) We're having a issue with some frost in the freezer. We're still trying to figure out the reason for it. It's not because it's open and closed too much, because the old freezer never had frost. Overall, I do think this is a good refrigerator, for the price. Time will tell, if it lasts as long as our old one.

Very happy with the Refrigerator. Have only had it for a week but so far its working as expected. BUT... I don't like the ice tray already. There isnt a lever to stop the ice from making and so when it overflows it just overflows. Bummer! Be sure to also have your dimensions worked out. We ended up changing cabinets to accommodate the fridge. Not a big deal but just a warning. Overall I am satisfied. With the strain that it took to get the fridge in, I wont return it but if I had to purchase it all over again, I might choose something else. Same brand different model.

We needed to replace an old refrigerator quickly. After doing research at Best Buy online, we went to the store where we had a very helpful sales associate show us the models we were interested in and discuss options. This refrigerator has a lot of usable space inside and the freezer has good access to everything. It runs very quietly and only took a few hours to reach proper temps when we plugged it in. The only thing that is hard to use is the water dispenser inside the refrigerator compartment. Your glass has to be round and not too large to dispense water. This isn't a problem for us since it is an added feature and not why we bought this model.

Little disappointed in Best Buy thus far, I purchased the fridge, installation was great, customer service was great but I started having issues with the fridge already, and the "Geek Squad" that they are so eager to mention hasn't been helpful so far...The fridge makes humming and squealing sounds, and the ice stopped working in the freezer a few days ago, we did not purchase the extended warranty (I never do). Note to everyone; make sure that you call within 30 days of something going wrong after purchasing. (And it's from the day PURCHASED, not delivered). Otherwise you need to deal with the manufacturer...geek squad makes it very clear that "you should have purchased the extended warranty"... Let's see what happens.

I ordered this this model but was delivered with a dent, I really wanted the smudge proof model,but even when Samsung said they had them it was a no show. It took several weeks of waiting till I gave up and went ahead with the regular SS. I was able to use the dented one till the new one arrived which was very helpful,since I needed a fridge. Best Buy costumer service was very helpful and never gave me a hard time.Believe me it was a rough couple of weeks. Best Buy was very compassionate with my problem and worked very hard to make me a happy compromise! My new one came and was in perfect condition. So far no loud noises as reported. It is very roomy. I do not have the water on the door and I don't mind reaching in to retrieve my own ice cubes! I use a lot of ice and it is keeping up ok. It is colder now so we will see next summer!!! It is hard to get used to the freezer on the bottom,but I'm getting there! I do also have filtered water on the inside door,just remember to hold the glass under a few seconds after despising to catch the drips! I have plenty of room for everything just need to decide how I want to adjust my shelving.

Bought to replace another 25 cu ft refrigerator that was dying. Love the icemaker in the freezer it frees up so much space in the refrigerator section.I wish the door shelves had more adjustability. It has plenty of space for my family of six. Definitely is not fingerprint resistant but cleans up nicely.

This refrigerator is a great product for the cost. It's a Samsung product and the quality is a lot better than the whirlpool brand which we bought from a different store and couldn't accept upon delivery because it arrived damaged. Samsung puts a great protective coat over the black stainless steel also.

This was an awesome buy. As a mother of little ones that love to press and play with water dispensers this was the perfect fit for us as the water dispenser is inside the refrigerator and ice dispenser in freezer. At first glance I just passed by it as I was looking for a refrigerator with the dispenser but once o was told of this feature it’s the best thing ever I don’t have to worry about spilled water everywhere and it has an alarm that sounds if left open long so I will be able to tell if the little ones are raiding the fridge. I also love how spacious it is and surprised on how much food it holds overall Best Buy ever well worth it...

Things like this are why I like Best Buy over Amazon. I went to the store and talked with the associate about size and fit. He explained everything to me and knew what would fit based on the year my home was built. I bought the fridge right then and there. The 3rd party company Best Buy sent out got the new fridge installed. The fridge door was either dinged prior to arriving or during install. Best Buy replaced the door and sent out Geek Squad to do that. So everything went great. This fridge is so much bigger than my old 18 cu ft. A french door was perfect for filling up the spot and not hitting the counters with the doors. The in fridge water dispenser works great and the lighting is fantastic. The biggest complaint as I read other reviews is the fridge is loud. That is not true. Is it whisper quiet? No. Is it louder than my old fridge? no. I think it's fine. It doesn't draw your attention so I have no problem with it. I guess some people want it to not make noise...but it is a working appliance.

Bought this French Door, bottom freezer, with a new full Samsung Kitchen for my home I was selling. Home sold a month later, left the appliances, however after replacing a GE side by side, ice and water in the door, we were amazed with both the fridge and freezer space. New home had brand new, never used Frigidaire stainless appliances, back to side by side ice and water in the door. That lasted one week, and we bought the same Samsung we bought three months earlier. Great decision, Frigidare side by side in the basement as a backup. This Samsung will allow twice as much storage as you eliminate the narrow shelves in a side by side, and half of your freezer is not occupied by the ice maker and ice storage.

It is beautiful! I like the way it is designed. I find everything easily. I like that it has the cool blast. I use after grocery shopping as well as when I put warm leftover s away. The freezer is perfect. We all love the filtered water and ice maker.

I want to start by saying this is a great fridge. Roomy, well lit, keeps the cold in. My kids love the water dispenser feature and the ice maker. I love the bottom freezer. I did have some manufacturing defects though, all quickly fixed by Geek Squad. First the lower left door hinge started to creek. 2 visits and got those parts replaced. Next I see the upper right door hinge was machined badly and was cutting into the door seal. Those parts replaced. We will see what happens next. All that being said, we are happy with the purchase and even more happy to have Geek Squad on call.

This is an amazing refrigerator, with a lot of space, very quiet and stable, thousand times better than my old one, and uses less electricity. The delivery was on time, and the best buy guys were very friendly and professional. Thank you best buy...

The refrigerator is an excellent choice in its keeping precise temperatures, the outstanding layout allowing for a large variety of large and small items, and even the many ways it can be configured to accommodate a variety of items. My only negative has to do with the gasket around the freezer door. I have had this same experience with other freezers, so I was not surprised that Samsung had the same problem. The gasket does not seat against the refrigerator body uniformly, allowing a slight amount of warm air to seep in and condense in the freezer. I fixed the problem by inserting a piece of a credit card into the area so that the gasket now seats well. This is a random issue, and something of that sort may be necessary. It took a few minutes and no cost to fix. In all, we love the refrigerator. French door refrigerators have a universal need to be have the doors closed more firmly than single doors because of the way the seal works at the point the two doors meet.

I love this fridge. I have actually owned it twice. I owned it in stainless steel at a previous house before moving a couple times and left it due to the move and inability to transport the fridge. When I moved again (and hopefully the last) and needed to purchase a fridge (AGAIN) I immediately went in search of this model by Samsung. I have owned GE, LG, Whirlpool, and Samsung. I ended up with Samsung as the repeat purchase. The black stainless steel is absolutely beautiful. This fridge is so classy without the ice and water dispenser on the outside as an eyesore. This leaves more room in the fridge and a classier looking kitchen. There is still water and ice easily to be obtained though! The ice maker is in the actual freezer. This is fantastic for a few reasons. It's out of the way. It's less likely to break. It makes ice rapidly and in large amounts without needing to transfer to ice buckets. You can easily take a cup or glass and scoop a full glass of ice. Or you can easily pick one or two individual ice cubes as needed. The freezer easy open handle is the greatest Samsung feature! Minimal effort allows you to open that freezer and get ice or whatever you need. The water dispenser is the only reason this fridge is 4 stars. It's a bit flimsy and could have definitely been designed better. It says it's a one touch water dispenser but it's a pain to get the exact right angle to get water. A perfect rounded standard glass gets the job done. But pitchers, Keurigs, kid cups... not so easy. The shelf sometimes is in the way and I'm simply still figuring out how I like to orient my shelves anyway. So that's a work in progress that could be dealt with. The filter is super easy to change and the door bins have awesome capacity. The complaints about noise-- I haven't owned a fridge that doesn't make the random loud popping or water line sounds. You just learn to deal with it. Perhaps alarming at first, but not worth not buying the fridge if you're looking for a French door bottom freezer with no eyesore. I love the fridge enough to buy it a second time. If you don't need filtered water just get the model without the internal water dispenser. We don't buy bottled water so I like at least having the option.

Love this refrigerator, looks so elegant and works very well. There is LOTS of space. I like to have the ice maker inside instead of the outside. If your looking for a great and elegant product I really recommend it. Best buy installed and they are very good explaining how it works.

We've only had it for 45 days but the temps are consistent, it holds plenty of food, ice machine is fast, and it looks pretty. It's not quite as easy to keep clean as they'd lead you to believe so be skeptical and prepared for that. Also, I like the space savings and aesthetics of no in-door ice and water but I don't love the water dispenser, and where it's mounted, as much as I hoped I would. We spend more time than I'd like with the whole door open filling water bottles for sports and the button requires more force than seems to make sense to activate. But really, these are nit-picky things. For the price, this is a really good unit.
