this is a great fridge, we seem to be more organized with it and can find things easier than our other fridge. The shelving in the door has alot of room for large items. The pull out drawer is so nice and deep for pizza box and birthday sheet cake.

Wider by 3”, so had to remove a kitchen cabinet, but well worth the trouble. Nice. Food lasts longer. Water dispenser is a bit awkward, but freezer and ice dispenser are great. Soooo much more room. Beautiful appliance. Love it.

This fridge was a huge upgrade from my previous fridge. It’s much larger and holds plenty. The water and ice feature is nice. The ice took a while at first but once it gets going, we always have plenty of ice. Overall I do not have any complaints and only have praises.

It's a really nice fridge, holds a lot. But some of the doors are on flimsy side and with kids are easily broken.But really great fridge for the price. Much cheaper when I shopped around and compared what was available in my price range.

We just love this refrigerator , there is a ton of room. It has two separate compressors which also saves on energy. Water filter system and water inside the refrigerator is excellent as well. It doesn't make ice as fast as my past refrigerators but it still does a great job.

Nice large fridge. Very happy only thing I dont like overtime especially if you spill any liquid its hard to remove some parts to clean the spill and it cant come out. Dont like that other than that I love the fridge!

Overall all I like the fridge. The only thing I hate is the freezer drawer. It does not open far enough to easily get ice out of the ice bin. It feels like the drawer needs to open a few more inches.

Well organized, perfectly managed and separated each sections and their control system we need for ! Overall top to bottom quality and family oriented !! We love the size and everything we need, Specially Thanks to Samsung and Best buy !!!

Some reviews complain of noise, I find them to be highly exaggerated. Yes sometimes you may hear the sound of ice maker OCCASIONALLY But it is very faint, it's not like you can hear motor chugging all day. Great fridge

We love the look of this refrigerator. It is very basic but works very well and is good quality. We’d like the fact that we can open the door and get cold water. Keeps the front of the fridge raider looking clean not having the icemaker on the door

Other than shelling out $36 for a filter every 6 months, I am very happy with this frig. It's easy to clean and stays clean. Its fairly easy to program. It is a bit noisy when the ice maker is doing its thing but not unbearable.

We needed a fridge asap. Walked in and was immediately approached by a sales person. After looking half hr. we decided on a fridge Samsung French Door. it hit all bells and whistles. Love the fridge and the sales person was absolutely helpful and listened to our needs. Thanks Best But

Overall we are very satisfied with this refrigerator. The caveat is the freezer stays too cold no matter what setting we have utilized. Our call for service was handled quickly and we are now awaiting their scheduled arrival. The rating may improve if the problem is fixed.

I absolutely love this fridge, its very big and hold alot of food . I will say making sure of your door width space is very important.....Also bottom freezer is for someone more on the organized level....Highly recommended

We have been very pleased with our refrigerator. Love NOT having the ice and water dispenser on the front., for looks, and for eliminating the "mess" on the floor. The ice maker was a little slow in the beginning but after a couple days it provides PLENTY of ice for our needs. Sales and installation were excellent.

This fridge is an absolute keeper. The hidden water feature keeps the outside doors looking like a classic refrigerator. The pull out freezer is surprisingly roomy, it does leave little room for organization, but we have adjusted to that. I am 100% satisfied with this purchase.

We love this new refrigerator. We have had it for over a month and so far so good. It has tons of space in the doors. I think the layout of this refrigerator is better then some of the larger refrigerators available on the market. The ice maker makes tons of ice. The water taste great! Happy with this purchase

We went in with one model in mind but after speaking with the rep he explained option we were unaware of. Ended up with this refrigerator and we love it. Its very sleek and accommodating configuration inside is perfect for our family

The refrigerator is as expected however the manual isn’t helpful. I had issues with making ice and it took me a bit of searching in the internet and the Samsung website to figure out why the ice maker wouldn’t make ice.

This was a whole project. Bought a new refrigerator. Had the fridge in basement hauled away. Had fridge in kit taken down to basement and new fridge put in kitchen. Best Buy handled it all. Best money I’ve ever spent.
