Works like a fridge should. I thought the internal water dispenser made the outside look more clean & sleek, but it probably wastes more energy by leaving the door open while you use it...

This is our second fridge of this model (one for our basement and one for main floor). Well built. Only downside is that magnet scratched up our stainless steel. Be careful putting magnets on.

Ordered the sales people where awesome.We have had to reschedule 3 times because construction was not complete, no problem no extra charge one less stress during a unsure time.... Thank you

We have bought 6 refrigerators in the last 7 years. This one has 2 things that make it amazing. 1) freezer is right therw easy 2) refrigerator space is huge you can fit all you want and more than you can imagine

This refrigerator is perfect for me. It has very large vegetable/fruit bins. The freezer has two levels and I can arrange food so that it is visable. I would highly recommend this refrigerator.

Very nice refrigerator have had no problems keeps all of my food nice and cold at the right temperature

Love having the freezer on the bottom with two very large drawers. Inside the fridge there is a ton of space both on the doors and shelves plus adjustable and slide back glass for taller items.

Overall a nice fridge. The black stainless finish is great. Ice maker and water dispenser are very nice. The shelving inside the fridge is a little tight, but adjustable and removable.

I had a side by side for 15 years and hated it. After filling this fridge i still had about half the fridge empty. It has every feature i wanted and made in the usa

Excellent Price, Looks great, Excellent storage. Interior Water spigot works well, freezer works well, Ice production isnt the fastest but more than adequate for a family of 5.

I didn't want a fridge with a lot of bells and whistles - just more to break in my opinion. Glad Samsung makes a large yet basic model. Love the lighting inside.

Deli Drawer never stays on its track when going back to its position. Also, Ice machine over runs and drops ice below freezer drawers where they are unreachable.

This is the first fridge we have ever purchased. It is a great fridge and we can't wait to buy all the matching pieces for a new kitchen! The space and storage capacity is huge! Love it!

Love the fridge only complaint is the water dispenser is taking some getting used to after having in the door dispensers. The button to get water is difficult with large glasses.

The refrigerator is nice and convenient very well lit nice features the buttons to turn on and off the ice maker and control the temperature I really nice I would recommend this to a friend.

We bought this because we liked the layout, liked the clean front with no water & ice dispensers and trusted the brand. Bad move on our part. My complaints... the temperature/huminidy in the unit vary widely. I'll open the freezer and everything is frosted like it snowed in the unit overnight. Ice maker is inconsistent in making ice, sometimes it just stops, then starts again a couple of days later. Lately there is water pooling under the bottom drawer, we've replaced the filter per Customer Service suggestion with no luck. Lately there is a big block of ice forming under the drawer. All sound like temperature issues? They are set exactly as the customer service people at Samsung suggest, so if it is temperature, the thermometers they show are wrong. Lots of calls to Samsung customer service from when we got the unit, now they can't do anything since it is out of warranty.... Stay away from this and other similiar Samsung products.

Once again Samsung has not disappointed. The fridge is just what we need. Freezer is a little small in my opinion but my family requires more fridge space anyway.

This is the second Samsung fridge that I’ve purchased in the last 6 months. One for my home and one for my mothers new home and we love it! Reliable, cool, sleek, and durable.

I mean its a refrigerator it does what it needs to do freeze and cool it works pretty efficient nice design and i like that the ice maker is in the lower part so that it does take up space in the refrigerator
