Ice make problem

I called Best Buy and they scheduled a repair with no problem but I am very disappointed that this happened at all and especially this quickly. I have also noticed the loud popping noise coming from the refrigerator but it is not quite and obnoxious as some have reported. At this point I could not recommend this product without reservation.
