Great service from Best Buy and Geek Squad. Samsung' s " customer service " could not have been worse. I recommend purchasing an LG over Samsung due to their terrible customer service. Best Buy was great however.

Was very pleased with the look and style of this fridge. Lots of room inside and the price was right. We love it.

Just what we wanted and so far it’s meeting all our expectations. Very spacious and the French Doors make it easy to reach all food items. Very well planned and constructed interior space.

This is a good fridge and I like the water dispenser being inside the fridge which gives you more room for items in the door. However, I wish I would’ve been informed that since the ice maker is located in the freezer it would be quite loud when he producing ice. It makes quite a bit a sound when getting ready to drop the ice, (obviously) drop the ice, and then load water for the next cycle. Overall a good fridge.

Love this fridge. It works great and its quiet. The doors self space is a little to desire however, everything else is great. My mother in law liked ours so much she bought one for herself.

This fridge is very nice the lighting is awesome and the room? Man the room is awesome. For the price you get quality and complete space this fridge Rocks!!

This refrigerator has plenty of room for all of our food, including a lot of produce. The food lasts longer because it stays cold in all areas of the interior. i love the style - french doors on top and freezer on the bottom. It is sturdy and cools consistently. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is the very loud pops the unit makes at various times of day.

I did read the reviews before purchasing this product. Many complained about a popping noise. I have found that all refridgerators make noise when making ice. I love that this fridge has the water dispenser inside the door, not outside. We have had in the door dispensers in the past and idd not want the computer board problems associated with these. I like this fridge, it is a good size and the popping noise, ice dropping whatever doesn't bother me.

I had to purchase a new refrigerator because my old one was un-repairable. Because it was only 7 years old I decided not to get a new one from the same manufacturer because of multiple service calls. I went with a Samsung French Door Bottom Freezer with auto water dispenser inside the unit. The setup instructions were clear and from day 1 it has performed wonderfully. And this refrigerator is more functional and larger than the previous one I owned. I would not hesitate to buy this refrigerator again and the Best Buy Sales and Delivery Service were outstanding.

We bought this refrigerator because we don't have water connection and hence needed something without water dispenser. This one has a water dispenser inside the fridge on the left which we don't use. Its quite quiet and spacious. Have some problem with frost but need to get the alignment checked out. Have heard that Samsung had great customer service.....have yet to try that out. Overall, happy with the buy since we got it at a discounted price.

My wife and I were looking for space in our fridge. This gives us all the space we need. Love the slide shelf. It allows more tall items without having to readjust the shelves.

So far it does what it is supposed to. Looks good but it does make some noise. I know that most refrigerators do but you would think they would have a way to quiet them down.

Everything came exactly as expected and working great. Running fairly quiet, just the ice maker makes a bit of noise pushing the ice into the bin. Great fridge for the price.

Great size, easy to clean and the food is lasting longer due to the temperature control. Also like the water dispenser on the inside and an easy to get to water filter. Very happy with the purchase.

I love my new fridge. It was my one big splurge item when I bought my first house. I love the French doors, adjustable shelves, and the inside water despenser ( I have young nieces who like to play with the water when it is on the outside). The only negative I have found is that the ice maker takes awhile to crank out the ice. And it would be nice to have a fridge that could "lock" the doors shut to keep little kids out. Either way, we love "Fridgie".

For all of the wants from my wife, this refrigerator delivers all needs at a great price. For those who would rather have more refrigerator space than ice in the door, this refrigerator is the one. It has all of the features as more expensive models and plenty of space for all of your different types of food products. Great buy.

This refrigerator is very energy efficient. It hardly ever runs and when it does, it is very quiet. It keeps a constant temperature in the refrigerator and freezer compartments.

Spent about three months researching fridges before pulling the trigger on this one. I've only had it for a month so far, but it's been fantastic. Plenty of storage space. The adjustable shelves are a bonus. Pretty quiet other than when the ice machine is dumping. Really like the digital temperature control for the fridge and freezer.

So far a great refrigerator. Plenty of space for everything. I like that the filter is in a very convenient place for changing. Little noisy with ice making but not horrible.

I love this refrigerator! It,s so quiet compared to my old one. I didn't want the water and ice dispenser in the door because it takes up inside space and costs more. So I decided on this model and I'm very happy with it. There is a lot of space and the lights are cool. The freezer drawer is very convenient and a great improvement from my old freezer door which I had to squat down to get stuff out. The inside water dispenser is okay...sometimes it spritzes outside the glass a little.
