I specifically purchased it for it's ability to produce 10 pounds per day, this is what I got. Not happy about that. Other than that, I like it, but no ice is a big problem.

I finally got it to turn on, and am getting cubes, but the control light feature seems screwed up. I don't care~ at least I'm getting ice. Best Buy offered to replace it with a new one, but I've declined as it was a real project just getting this sizable fridge thru my front door.
