This fridge has been working well with no issues. After 6 months of use, the change filter light came on. Genuine Samsung filters are not cheap, but recommended to ensure no leaks. The fridge is a bit noisy at times when the ice maker is filling up. The internal water dispenser has worked with no issue so far. It dispenses water much faster than other fridges if have used, which is nice. Overall satisfied with the fridge so far!

This refrigerator has worked out perfectly so far. It is visually appealing and laid out well in terms of the inside configuration. I replaced a GE Profile with this one. I constantly had issues with the Profile. None yet with the Samsung. On top of that, the delivery from Best Buy worked out well. The best delivery experience for any major appliance.

Ok so it's big, but it's beautiful! Seriously this appliance run silently and has every thing I need. Very happy !

Amazing refrigerator. It has a lot of space to put all types of items. Fits well in any kitchen. Keeps food fresh

We've had this refridgerator for three years. There were a number of issues that came up, but the biggest problem is that the door handle for the freezer broke off because it is held together with cheap plastic. The door handle is not fixed to the freezer panel. Instead, there is a cheap plastic mechanism that wriggles and gives, like a shock absorber. The cheap plastic broke off and now it's an ugly eyesore and it's hard to open the bottom freezer.

This refrigerator meets all our needs. It holds a lot of food, keeps everything cold, and allows us to easily find what we need. The design is very efficient and it looks great, too. The drawers and shelves are heavy duty, so we expect many years of service out of it.

Love it! Lots of room, and flexible shelves. Easy to keep clean inside and out, as the doors are not textured.

This refrigerator has a good space design, with easy access in both the french door freezer area and in the upper cooled space. I like the deli tray drawer for lots of smaller items that are then easy to organize and see side by side rather than stacking on upper shelves. The upper fold-back shelf to accommodate tall bottles and milk cartons is useful. Overall this model is very quiet while cooling, except for the irregular noise of the ice maker.

The refrigerator looks nice and fits exactly in the space intended. I really like the water dispenser inside the unit, rather than in the door, which frees up more space for shelving inside the unit, as well as makes the front look much cleaner. Only complaints so far are: (1) the left-hand door assist hinge (not the main hinge but the one that allows it to close smoothly) literally burst into pieces and flew off when I opened the door about 5 months after the BestBuy techs' installation, so I had to order a new one from Samsung; and (2) it's only a slight exaggeration to say that the water filter is just about physically impossible to replace -- I've never owned anything where I had to turn off the water to the unit just to be able to get the old filter out. Neither are huge issues, just oddities that many other customers on Samsung's support forums seem to have noticed as well.

I went from a side by side that I've had for 13 years to this French door and what a difference in the space!!! Both had the same square feet, but I can fit almost everything I had in my old fridge in the doors alone. And the freezer is bigger than it looks as well. One warning, it was very loud for the first 24 hours, but after it cooled down, it has been pretty quiet.

This refrigerator met all of our requirements. We particularly like the inside water dispenser.

I love this refrigerator has a lot of space. When the doors are open for a long time it beeps.

This fridge is roomy, I love it. I like that the water dispenser is on the inside of the fridge along with the filter with is right when you open up the door. My old fridge filter was on the bottom of the fridge hard to get too.

Great space, I like the interior water dispenser, no more messy external water trays. It doesn't stick out to far from the cabinet. The only complaint I would say is the mechanical mechanism that refills the water and ice is a little noisy.

Frige works great and looks nice. Ice and water on inside makes the appliance look clean.

I absolutely love this fridge it works like a dream I don't know what people are saying about noise ours is quiet and amazing I love the water dispenser inside and the ice maker is incredible there is so much room in this fridge I would give it more than 5 Stars Way to go Samsung !

The appliance seems to be working just fine though it makes loud sounds & it sounds like the motor kicks on
