This is probably the nicest frig we have ever had even though the extras aren't all there. However, the inside water dispenser dribbles, each use, one drop after button is released. Also, the ice maker over flows when the freezer drawer is opened and the cubes fall down behind the drawer. The options for setting zones are so varied that I haven't adjusted any since installation. It is quiet, large, accessible and well designed. The door ajar alarm is great!

We read all other reviews, but decided to take our chances. We are so glad we did. We are very pleased with our new fridge. The ice machine does make noise, but isn't as noisy as the reviews made it out to seem. No complaints so far so good.

Overall the refrigerator works well. I don't know how to clean the stainless steal because every time I clean it, it continues to look dirty. I will update the review once I have more time with the refrigerator.

Great space and more room than we had in the past. less mess with water dispenser on inside of fridge

We went back and forth trying to decide if we wanted Samsung or Kitchenaid. We read some poor reviews about the Samsung, but it ended up being the better choice for what we were looking for. We have had it for a couple months now and it is GREAT! SO much room, the door storage is 3x's our last fridge. I also love that the water dispenser is INSIDE the fridge so you don't have the bulky dispenser on the door. I definitely recommend this fridge.

Finally replaced my OLD (25yrs) one it is huge & love the bottom freezer it has a tin of storage & this refridge has NO extras in door MY choice & the ice maker inside make 10# of ice plenty for summer fun or entertaining , tons of inside space . Only thing i DONT like is the door shelves there are NOT enough adjustments for the shelves & its hard to get a gallon jug out of the door .otherwise id give it a 5 but thers the wherer the 4 comes in

We love the hidden water dispenser. The taste is great because of the filter and always cold! Great space!

This Samsung is versatile, quiet and so far has worked perfectly. Plenty of refrigerator room and the two drawer freezer allows you to quickly find what you need. The refrigerator has plenty of room with different height shelves and drawers. The “cool” drawer is versatile and allows you to easily see what you in it. Only criticism so far is that ice maker is slow. But, once it is filled this really is not an issue.

We bought the Samsung refrigerator and we love it. It is very roomy and beautiful. The price is just right for our budget.

I had my old frig for 26.5 years.I knew I was on borrowed time waiting to get the new one. I have spent time looking/reading/researching for the new frig. So happy with the purchase. Can't go wrong with Samsung.

This frig is the best refrigerator I have ever owned! Wasn't sure about the lower freezer, always had a side by side. Love it, the temp is always on point and the lighting is bright, shelves are great. Love it!

We’ve been looking for a new refrigerator for years & finally decided to pull the trigger on this one. We couldn’t be happier-it’s very simple & aesthetically pleasing. Plenty of space & the temperature control is a breeze. Loads of freezer space as well, which is divided into several efficient compartments. As always, delivery was smooth & professional. Again, we couldn’t be happier with our purchase - it really spruces up our kitchen!

Replacing a fingerprint prone stainless fridge with water spots around the front water dispenser and an ice dispenser that broke in the second year. We went a different direction with a black French door refrigerator with inside water dispenser and bottom ice. Looks great, lots of room, no more door water and ice (good riddance). The bottom drawer is a little noisy (wd40 will fix it soon) and, since you don't know when the ice is going to drop, sometimes it drops when you open the drawer. It does make lots of ice, nice for family gatherings!

the shelves in the doors are large, easily holding a gallon of milk plus a half gallon of OJ on one shelf. Both compartments in the freezer are easy to use and hold quite a bit.

We really like the new refigerator. It seems to have much more room inside and we love the water inside versus on the outside

This refrigerator delivers all the space and features (except exterior access to water and ice) as those twice its price. It accommodates large and tall items with ease and has a very useful, large drawer. I wish it had a butter keeper, but that can be worked around. My main complaint is the ice container, which is in the freezer, fills very full and when the freezer is opened or closed, cubes fall out of it and into the freezer compartment.

Have had the refrigerator for about a week. Love the water dispenser inside the refrigerator. More space than expected.

This is my second Samsung refrigerator, I was very please with the first one so decided to get something of same quality and I'm not disappointed, good size, very good value, we like the idea of having the water dispenser inside so my kids will not have any buttons to press outside, the only drawback is that when you get water from inside you can only get a glass at a time and water spills inside the fridge a bit because of the pressure it comes out other than that good investment

Love the way it looks. The refrigerator on top with the french doors is the best! Everything is at eye level and, the double french doors are great for storing your gallon milk containers and, any condiments. Easy to find anything in this fridge. Easy to see what is in the bins for vegetables , cheese and, anything else. Love the water dispenser on the inside along with the freezer on the bottom. Love having plenty of good tasting ice.

Very happy with this purchase. Plenty of room in the fridge section. Nicely designed. Internal water dispenser is real nice... water from it tastes great. One area of concern is the ice maker. I had to turn off energy saving mode to get a reasonable amount of ice making. It was almost nill output with the energy saving feature enabled. Other than that though, I have no complaints at all.
