Had to replace my current fridge in a hurry to keep from losing lots of food. Researched several brands and models and thought this was the one I wanted. Turns out this one was on sale at Best Buy for a very reasonable price. The unit is very attractive and has practical shelf adjustments. I love the digital lighting in the two interior compartments and the prominent digital temp.display at the top. It is fairly quiet and only heard when the fan starts up.

I bought this unit during a sale so I got a good price and had a couple concerns after reading reviews. Since taking delivery unit looks great, meat and vegetables stay fresh much longer using the drawers and unit is extremely quiet, some talked about a bang and/or loud ice maker, but I have had no such noises coming from mine. Storage space is a huge plus also.

The unit holds temperature well. Plenty of space for everything. Internal water and ice allows more shelf space. It is loud and makes strange noises. Do not know if something is broken or not working. Never heard a unit make those sounds before. Easy to access freezer.

This refrigerator is so big inside. Perfect for the Holidays when you make so much food and you’re not sure where you’re going to put it all. It’s exactly what I hoped it would be.

So far I’m really pleased with this French door fridge freezer. Only had it a short while and I really like the design it makes sense for our use to have the fridge across the top half and in the bottom I can see into the freezer and what we have better. The hidden water dispenser is good too, leaving a plain sleek outside door easier to clean. Everything seems solid quality wise and it runs very quietly.

This refrigerator has a lot of room in the inside. It also has a lot of compartments that is nice to have when you have a lot of small items that has to be stored in the refrigerator. I purchased this unit because my other one quit working and after reading the reviews online I went inside the store it look at it and right away I saw what the customers were talking about. To make a long story short I'm very satisfied with my new Samsung refrigerator.

I needed an additional refrigerator but didn’t need an ice maker or water line. I already was happy with are other Samsung Flex Refrigerator I had and this was a great addition.

I’ve purchased this frig. for several rental units. I think this frig. looks great and is a great value for the purchase price. Yes - I have & would purchase this frig again.

very loud, water leak from inside when you want take glass a water. do not waste the money on this one.

Absolutely love this fridge. The only thing bad is when the ice tray is full and you open the drawer a piece of ice or two falls out of the tray into the back of the freezer

I recommend this refrigerator. I had heard it was noisy but have not found it so. Very spacious, easy to manage all of the setup, ergonomically friendly. Only pet peeves are that the doors require a bit of a push to close (though there is a warning sound if left open). The water flow from the inside dispenser is slow, though that may be my water pressure. Love it mostly!

So far it’s great. It has lots of space and having the water dispenser is a must.

No big complaints. It does make some loud noises, probably the ice maker. Looks good, lots of room.

With a family of 7, a small fridge just isn’t going to cut it especially with a tight budget. We did lots of research so we got more “bang for our buck,” and this fridge didn’t Disappoint. It has so much more room then i thought and it comes with an ice dispenser and water thing. The only complaint i have about this item is that the ice is VERY slow and holder is not very big

No issues at all!!! We’ve had this refrigerator for just over a month and we absolutely love the look and performance. Delivery crew was very courteous and professional. Samsung has been a brand used in this household for many years and this is our 1st major appliance. I’m sure it will last and perform as well as our tv’s and other Samsung electronics.

First of all, this thing is huge, so if you have an older house, be careful...the installers almost had to give up getting it into the kitchen. My favorite feature is probably the thermometers with the digital readouts that display on the top when you open the doors, and it is easy to adjust the temperature...a leap from old designs. Because of it being a bottom freezer unit, I will no longer have to squat so low to get at things on the bottom shelf, which risks not being able to get up again :-) A lot of room, but like most side by sides lacks space for tall things like the 2L soda bottles that my wife is partial to. Complaints: The doors won't close by themselves all the way. They get to the latch and get stuck there, one has to push it shut. This is my first side by side unit, so that may be normal, who knows? It does take some effort to open/shut the freezer since one is sliding a few pounds of food around when doing it, but I don't know a way around that unless you had a power-assisted door, which would seem silly. Other than that it seems quite nice. All in all, a nice unit, though after 3 weeks I can't speak to the reliability of it, though the 10 year warranty is nice.

Looks great and has tons of space. Only downside is that it's loud and makes a lot of popping sounds.
