The stainless steel is soft and easy to dent. It make whirring sounds late at night - like my old fridge, but I didn't notice the sounds until it was 8 years old. Beyond that, works like a charm.

After shopping around all day long, at multiple different stores, the sales people here were the most knowledgeable and helpful. They got me exactly what I was looking for without any pressure to get more than what I wanted. This is a fabulous no frills refrigerator, and highly functional. I love the freezer on the bottom, and the French doors up top.

The fridge was delivered twice with dents. One of those time we decided to stick with it and then the inner drawer broke and the freezer kept developing frost on the outside of everything. Thankfully best buy was gracious to let us return the second time after the normal return date and we now apparently have a working fridge we are happy with. This review is based on our overall experience and not the final product we ended up with after 6 months of trouble.

The door handle may become loose over time. If this happens, tighten the bolts found on the inside of the door. You may refer to the user manual on page 17: https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201904/20190418150942025/DA68-02601B-14_181008.pdf.
