Our kitchen fridge is a Sub-Zero. This one is in the garage and is our overflow fridge. It is great. Gigantic freezer storage, which is a large part of what we wanted. Well organized refrigerator space allows us to keep fresh foods very organized as well.

The refrigerator is decent. The first one we received had a dented lower door. After many phone calls, and long wait times on the phone over several days we were scheduled for a new refrigerator. And yes you guessed it the 2nd refrigerator WAS ALSO DAMAGED!! They ended up just taking the bottom draw out of the 2nd refrigerator and swamping it out with the 1st one which had a dented door. For some reason the plastic that is on the appliance for delivery is connected into the door sealing therefore bits of plastic are still sticking out and if you try to get the plastic out it will pull the sealing off the door. The outside also looks messing fast- not really fingerprint proof. But overall the process was not high quality for such a large company.

nice fridge works well,good quality, seems to be energy efficient.temperture control are acurrate and easy to use, the shelfs are large and are very durable.freezer is lage and holds a lot of food and meat, the door seals seem thick and heavy duty as well.its a lot of fridge for the money.

WIth the low available supply of appliances these days, I was lucky to have found this returned item at the Outlet after having searched at Best Buy's retail store and learning that I wouldn't be able to order what I wanted "new". Delivery was smooth.

Overall it is a nice refrigerator. We did experience an issue where the freezer portion stopped working for over a day and melted most of our frozen food. Getting Samsung service was a challenge and took over a week to come onsite to diagnose the issue.

My refrigerator is a big, beautiful white Samsung that I am so proud to have. The installation was smooth and professional. I received follow up phone calls to check on my satisfaction, which was greatly appreciated. I’m only buying from Best Buy from now on. Thanks so much!

Got this fridge as part of moving to a new house. Love it! Easy to use, key feature was the foldable middle shelf that allows for temporary "taller" items such as a bottle or pitcher! Ice maker tends to drop a cube or two when you pull out bottom drawer on occasion.

We were looking for a new fridge with a slightly larger footprint. Our old fridge had the freezer up top. We really like having the freezer down below. The dual doors for the fridge section are really nice as well. After one year of ownership, we have had zero issues. We did have to replace the water filter one time so far.

The refrigerator itself is wonderful. Very spacious interior. This is our first experience with the freezer on the bottom and not sure on that aspect yet. The only disappointment was during the delivery, they hit the edge of the breakfast bar and put a small dent in one of the doors :(

I'm amazed on how much space this fridge has compared to our old side-by-side one. We went with water inside since we rarely used it and it works great. More space to store items on the doors and shelf. cools great. I love the pantry section. very versatile.

Needed to have support team to come back to replace freezer seal due to misshape from packing tape that caused bad seal/frost. With new seal, all is good in the freezer once it was properly formed by the tech. Icemaker and filtered water work great, just inside not on door.

User manual is sadly lacking. Icon for ice maker off/on is very confusing. What looks like a glass of ice cubes ( leading you to think this is ' on') actually says 'no ice' and means off. How about a glass of cubes for on and an empty glass for off?

We needed a refrigerator very fast and this was our best option, we found it on sale and meets our expectations, we are happy with our purchase. Delivery was fast and the guys were friendly and they were following all the protocols about social distances .

Great fridge. Great price.plenty of storage space.

Really like how much colder it is than the old fridge that we replaced. Like that the black stainless doesn't show smudges. Like the space layout inside, and I am warming up to the French door freezer. Big test will be longevity, and looking forward to the operational savings of the unit's high efficiency rating.
