Samsung fridge has great features and very spacious

Looks good, not as much room in fridge as you would think but ok for two people. If you have a small house with living space near the fridge (we have a small ranch living room around corner) DO NOT BUY THIS! It is VERY NOISY. It runs almost all the time.

great fridge...internal water dispenser is perfect

Love the fridge at first but already having issues and need a whole new fridge. Customer service has been subpar and not thrilled about experience. Avoid Samsung fridge to anyone shopping around.

Overall it is a nice refrigerator. We did experience an issue where the freezer portion stopped working for over a day and melted most of our frozen food. Getting Samsung service was a challenge and took over a week to come onsite to diagnose the issue.

WIth the low available supply of appliances these days, I was lucky to have found this returned item at the Outlet after having searched at Best Buy's retail store and learning that I wouldn't be able to order what I wanted "new". Delivery was smooth.

Needed more refrigerator space but not enough room in kitchen for a bigger unit so this unit resides in the garage and is good for reducing the clutter in the primary refrigerator. Selected this unit because it is non dispensing.

Bought this refrigerator over the Black Friday deal weekend. Wasn't sure about a Samsung Ref. However, after some research and words of experts, went with it. So far so good. Looking forward to years of seamless service from the machine. BB did a great job delivering and installing on time.

Needed to have support team to come back to replace freezer seal due to misshape from packing tape that caused bad seal/frost. With new seal, all is good in the freezer once it was properly formed by the tech. Icemaker and filtered water work great, just inside not on door.

Happy enough with my new samsung french door. A little large for my smaller kitchen but works well, its well lit and temperature works well, Pity they dont make a well priced one similar in width but not so deep..like my last, without the price sky rocketing. So far so good

I'm amazed on how much space this fridge has compared to our old side-by-side one. We went with water inside since we rarely used it and it works great. More space to store items on the doors and shelf. cools great. I love the pantry section. very versatile.

I was leaning towards buying one of those bells and whistles fridges but decided to go with this one instead because it was so stylish. Now I have everthing you could want in one fridge, useful, practical, great features and very modern looking!!! Glad I listened to the Best Buy Salesperson...they were right on the mark!!!

NICE REFRIGERATOR. CALLED SERVICE DEPT. THREE DAYS LATER BECAUSE THE THE FLAP BETWEEN THE DOORS WAS NOT CLOSING. TECHNICIAN CAME OUT TWO DAYS LATER AND QUICKLY REPAIRED THE PROBLEM. HAVE NOT HAD ANYMORE PROBLEMS. WORKS GREAT AND IS NICE AND BIG. GREAT LIGHTING ON TOP AND BOTTOM.

This refrigerator has a nice design for storing produce with it’s multiple crisper drawers. It is easy to organize your groceries so you can easily visualize what you have in your fridge. It is also easy to clean because the shelves can be removed and washed, then easily put back in.

We needed a refrigerator very fast and this was our best option, we found it on sale and meets our expectations, we are happy with our purchase. Delivery was fast and the guys were friendly and they were following all the protocols about social distances .

I love my new fridge! Three drawbacks: 1 - the water dispenser's force is too strong ant water usually splashes out of the glass, 2: the freezer door squeeks, and 3 the ice maker doesn't shut off when the tray is full resulting in ice dropping into the bottom of the freezer.

Easy-open bottom freezer drawer is a key component in bottom freezers. Another critical feature is ice maker design, location, and performance, here again this model is super. Center mount filter allows for single door access to fruit/veggie drawers. Very quiet operation. I am so pleased with this brand & model.

User manual is sadly lacking. Icon for ice maker off/on is very confusing. What looks like a glass of ice cubes ( leading you to think this is ' on') actually says 'no ice' and means off. How about a glass of cubes for on and an empty glass for off?

This fridge is super LOUD!!!!! The popping noises are almost unbearable. If it didn't constantly make all kinds of popping noises then it would be great.

The functionality of the refrigerator is good. The ice make and water dispenser work well and there is lots of space. The one downside is that, as others have reported, the unit makes non-trivially load popping and snapping noises at random point.
