This fridge is super LOUD!!!!! The popping noises are almost unbearable. If it didn't constantly make all kinds of popping noises then it would be great.

The functionality of the refrigerator is good. The ice make and water dispenser work well and there is lots of space. The one downside is that, as others have reported, the unit makes non-trivially load popping and snapping noises at random point.

Our first French door refrig with bottom freezer. Live the interior wall mounted water dispenser such a logical design. Love everything about this refrig , led lights, funny chime if left open, quiet on off cycles and the brilliance of the stainless steel

First one we got was extremely loud, had to battle with best buy to get a replacement. 2nd one a lot quieter, but still not as quiet as my old 15 yr old Frigidaire

My new refrigerator was installed on 7/21, and it has so much room! It took quite a while to cool down when it was delivered. Also, it seems to develop some frost, but I think it is because of the number of times we go into the freezer.

Good french door refrigerator. Is deep with a good amount of space! Has indoor water dispenser that does not take much space in the inside! Ice is the good kind ice! Oval shaped and makes a good amount of it! Would definitely buy it again!

Love the space I have now. Decided not to get the thru the door ice and water and I'm glad I did. The eternal ice maker doesn't take any space and provides more than enough daily ice. The Chill compartment keeps lunch meats and cheeses at the right temps. Couldn't be happier with my decision...

My refrigerator does not fit under my cabinets. Manufacturers need to allow another 1/2" clearance for older homes. Our home was built in 1968 and the cabinet needs to be rasped off at the bottom on one side so our refrigerator slides back where it needs to be. .

Needed to upgrade to a new fridge and really liked the design style from Samsung. This is the base model, and don't be fooled by the higher end Samsung fridges. They are the same fridge as the base with just extra bells and whistles. Not worth double the price in my opinion.

We upgraded from a single door fridge that didn’t fill the space in our kitchen. This was a major upgrade, the fridge gets extremely cold so make sure to adjust it(easy) and the water dispenser in the door isn’t as convienent as in the door but still a nice feature to have and is easily accessible.

It is exactly what I wanted. It was a great Price also.

This was purchased as an open box clearance item which made it a great price. The refrigerator was quite hot on the sides and bottom front, heating the hardwood floors but after a day of reaching its proper temperature, cooled off considerably. Would recommend the simplicity and sleek design.

I love my new refrigerator. When you are putting groceries away the cold air usually will go out, but with this frig it amps up the temperature to keep food cool when door is opened. You have lots of room for big items like casserole dishes or a turkey. Lots of room on the doors for milk and juice.

The bottom freezeer is the best thing they ever invented for side by side fridges and I also like the inside water dispenser much more that the outside ones. Also the deli tray is a great addition and the veggie drawers keep fruits and veggies much fresher than any fridge I have ever had!

This refrigerator has proven to be an excellent choice for us. Everything works exactly as stated, Was a small cosmetic issue with one door, but is was resolved by Geek Squad promptly. Very pleased, and would definitely recommend. Great value, also.

Samsung needs to address the problem with this product. Randomly makes an VERY LOUD series of popping noises similar to a cap gun or balloon popping....and yes, it IS that loud. Service man told me it is a common problem these days...design flaw. The metal plate that expands and flexes when the unit goes through the periodic defrost action is popping and causing the noise. He placed some rigid metal tape on the plate. Seemed to soften it some, but I have noticed lately it is coming back. I am very happy with this refridgerator otherwise, but this is a problem that makes it hard to appreciate. ESPECIALLY when it startles me awake in the middle of the night!

We love our fridge and we really like AJ at the Canton Best Buy he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Only downfall of the fridge is the water pressure is extremely strong coming out of the spicket for drinking but I think I'll be able to adjust it where the water line comes in.

We purchased this refrigerator a little over 2 months ago and really love it. We have never had the French door feature which we absolutely love. It is so spacious and has plenty of temperature control options that we use a lot. Definitely would recommend.

Great refrigerator with some good options. It has I’ve and a water dispenser inside the fridge. Great space and great organization. Love the bottom drawer chiller. Only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 is there is some condisation on the outside where the doors meet.
