We have been very pleased with our refrigerator. Love NOT having the ice and water dispenser on the front., for looks, and for eliminating the "mess" on the floor. The ice maker was a little slow in the beginning but after a couple days it provides PLENTY of ice for our needs. Sales and installation were excellent.

Great fridge. Love the way the double doors works and the near and crisper drawers are slick. My only gripe is that the freezer doesn't pull open far enough to easily access frozen items near the rear.

Had this model for over a year without any problems. It keeps food at a good temperature along with my veggies. Freezer works freezes quickly ans it very spacious. I was surprised at the amount of food I can keep in there. Please with my purchase

We love this new refrigerator. We have had it for over a month and so far so good. It has tons of space in the doors. I think the layout of this refrigerator is better then some of the larger refrigerators available on the market. The ice maker makes tons of ice. The water taste great! Happy with this purchase

We were steered in this direction away from the current trend of water/ice dispensers on the outside door. While attractive and convenient, the materials used in these parts, even in high end machines, clog and break. For less money, we got a machine that's going to last a lot longer with a lot fewer headaches.

We have had the refrigerator for 2 months now and love it. It replaced our LG refrigerator which we had for seven years and it made 4 moves in that time. We love the in freezer ice and inside refrigerator water. It works well for our family of 6.

I did not need all of the bells and whistles and this provided a great basic refrigerator with lots of nice features without being over board and a great price!!! I have access to Whirlpool direct through my employer and I could net get a better price on a comparison product.

My favorite part of this fridge is the water/ice maker do not take up space in the door. Good value for the money. The only thing I'm disappointed in is it scratches very, very easy. Grandkids have scratched it simply moving magnets on it.

We upgraded from a top freezer to this French door, and it has worked phenomenally so far. It’s beautifully designed, user friendly, and it’s even installed next to a wall and still opens well enough to operate. Would definitely recommend this model.

We enjoy our appliance very much. The seal bar on the left hand door need to be adjusted. We need to have the Geek squad to come out and make the adjustment so that the bar will slip into the grove when closing the door.

I like the ice, it's actually a large tray and kids can help themselves.Love the design but seems to dent easily and when the ice drops ....it's actually pretty loud.Under 1100.00 on sale was a good price.I am not sure if I would buy it again yet only have had for two months.

Far better than our old fridge. Doors squeak. Freezer tends to frost over. Shelves not as configurable as needed for the types of foods we buy. But overall, keeps things cold and water tastes good.

This fridge is enormous! I love the french doors and the ice maker. The water dispenser could be a better design, the water shoots out of the dispenser with force and sometimes I get splash back inside the fridge. All in all a great buy.

We really like this refrigerator. It has plenty of space and nice features including a 1/2 shelf that slides back to make more room. We love the filtered water inside on the side wall. The only knock is it pops sometimes as others noted. Kind of like expanding/contracting.

Love my new Fridge! The bottom freezer is more convenient than I expected. Both doors are gallon size so I can fit tons in the door which allows plenty of room in the refrigerator section. The stainless has a beautiful shine to and very easy to clean. And the price point is great!

Had been shopping for days and wasn't finding what I wanted. Best Buy was my last store and talking with Kane he listened and made the recommendation of this model. Had wonderful delivery service and set up. Perfect fridge for exactly what we needed.

We recently sold our home, and our buyer asked to keep the fridge. We had it for 3 years with no issues at all! So we needed to get a new one for our new home, we decided to buy this fridge again, since it has worked perfectly for us!

Good Fridge, solid and lots of features. Well worth the cost. The only drawback is the freezer door sometimes stays open a bit and you don't know when this happens, because there is no audible device or visual to let you know this is happening.

Have had bad luck with a different brand of refrigerator with the water through the door so was happy to find this model of a name brand(Samsung)at a very reasonable price. Works great; looks great; the crew who brought it and set it up were wonderful. Thanks, Best Buy!

My wife wanted this type fridge (freezer on bottom and full open top fridge). She was right. We can store so much more in this fridge than in our old side-by-side. With the split side by side shelves it is adaptable to whatever we put in it...tall or very short. We love it!
