Uncertain of appliance external strength and appearance. Had dent in door upon delivery. Had difficulty communicating need for left side door replacement. Had to talk to several to resolve problem. Still waiting on new door. In the meanwhile, have found damage to the freezer drawer, external denying. Not really happy with water dispenser inside the frig. Doesn't seem very energy saving, standing with the door open. Overall, will probably avoid this type of frig in the future. Do like the crisper and pull out drawers in the main frig compartment. Like the large door storage shelves.

We have been extremely pleased with this unit. We love the look, and the features of the unit work just as they are supposed to. A very nice fit in our house.

Like the separate humidifier settings for various drawers, decent capacity and fit into a somewhat tight space. No crushed ice option and have to open the door for water dispensal.

I went to the store to see a different refrigerator and ended up buying this one. The first one came with a dented door so they delivered a new one a week later. So far no problems. The reviews on line said it could be loud but we haven't found it to be.

This is great in all aspects - looks, space and functionality. Bought it as part of a set (great deal) and could not be happier. One hint - after set up, make sure you take it out of display mode!

This is the first time I've ever purchased a refrigerator and I must say I am surprisingly happy with the choice we made. We should have done more research prior to purchasing but we have yet to have any issues and love our samsung stainless steel.

I love this refrigerator and all the shelves it has in it . The only thing I would change is the “ how to make ice “ tutorial in the owners manual it is very confusing we ended up having to watch a YouTube video on how to make ice .

I must admit I was skeptical buying a Samsung Refrigerator. Walking into the store I was content only thing I would buy by Samsung was a phone and phone accessories. So far so good. I'm loving it.

I have had this unit for almost 3 years and we have been battling the ice building up and water leaking into the crisper drawer. This is now the 4th time we have defrosted the fridge and it is getting worse. I regret this purchase and hope that Samsung would see the problems they have with their units, and would offer to fix these problems.

I really like the refrigerator. It has plenty of room and I think it is pretty quiet. Unfortunately our water here has a chlorine taste and the refrigerator filter does not help at all. We also don’t use the ice because of the poor taste.

I really like my new refrigerator. Food items are easily accessible and ample space makes it easy to organize. I also like that the water dispenser is not visible from the outside. Fingerprints around the door handles is a negative.

Have had 3 new frigs in last 12 yrs., they just don’t last . This Samsung seems to be the best so far even though it’s only a month.Getting rid of all the outside door crap seems to help a lot.

The ice falls out every time you open the door to the freezer below. And it is somewhat loud when making ice. Aside from those things the fridge works great and looks really nice.

I love Samsung. I have moved and done several remodels and have purchased a Samsung French Door Frig 3 times and have been happy every time. Runs great and am very excited with the fingerprint resistant Black Stainless Steel.

Gorgeous color which doesn't show fingerprints. Spacious interior with shelving and drawers that can be customized to fit your needs. Love the sleek and smooth exterior...I chose no ice maker on the outside for that reason.

Nice refrigerator so far. Hope there are no issues w it later. Hope to own it for a number of years to come. Love the color. Goes w other appliances. Doesn’t get too smudged. Easy to clean.

Fingerprint resistant, I've been able to just wipe with a towel and prints disappear, very easy, it's big enough to hold a lot. The freezer is definitely large, very easy to access goods within. Love it!

Like everything about this fridge, except the loud popping noise: a fridge MUST be quiet! No amount of explanations from Samsung that the popping sound is normal will convince me otherwise.

Just what we wanted. Unfortunately we took new jobs which required a move. Hone we are leasing does not have enough room in kitchen, so our brand new refrigerator is plugged up in garage.

Makes a lot of noise. It makes a vibrating noise several times a day. also a variety of whirring noises. looks good, the light is bright
