Love my new Samsung black stainless French door refrigerator. Has everything I was wanting. Only complaint is the inconvenient method of resetting the ice maker. Samsung service personnel couldn't be nicer, very helpful!

Rolled it into place and started to transfer food from the packed side by side into the new French door unit. When completed the new fridge still looked bare. Incredible storage compared to our old one. We absolutely love it!

This is a wonderful fridge. The hidden water line add a clean aesthetic and helps keep out little one from making a water mess. the quick chill features help to keep groceries at the right temp when I get home.

We love our refrigerator! It is literally a lifesaver and has allowed us to keep our food fresh for longer than ever! It is easy to clean and works so much better than our old unit.

This is a great beautiful refrigerator. It is basic without fancy gadgets. It has plenty of room in the doors and it’s easy to find what your looking for. It does show fingerprints though but not a dealbreaker.

Very nice, works well but I am questionable about a sound that is frequent and sounds like a swarm of bees and lasts approx. 8-10 seconds. Other then that, I am quite happy with this.

Very good thus far. Very sleek and modern and works great! I like that the shelves in the freezer are solid and not grated that way things do not fall through. It's easier to clean

would be a great product except the ice maker has never worked and best buy says call Samsung and Samsung says they don't have service in our area so would never purchase samsung again

Clean look with no ugly dispenser showing outside. Returned first one for new one/ first one had popping noise. It was also a 2016 model without the updated part found on the 2017.

Bought the fridge for my parents, not even a year later the ice maker stopped working. Had someone come replace the parts for it and still didn’t work. He called Samsung to see if there was anything else he could replace to repair it...and there’s not. Even asked about the warranty and since we were 3 days past the date of expiration when we called, they couldn’t help us any further. So, here I am, a year later, with a broken fridge that I’m still making payments on.

All the juices, gallons of milk, tea, Sodas lemonade, yogurt, cakes, cheese, meats, salads, vegetables, Ice cream, popsicles, salad dressing, Mustard, fruit cups,pizzas, burritos Chicken strips, cold cuts.

Fantastic fridge. Efficient, sharp looking and has plenty of space. Only issue is it’s very difficult to keep clean. Spaces on the sides of the shelves end up getting stuck with food scraps and is impossible to get to.

We couldn't be more pleased with this fridge/freezer. Love the huge freezer (bottom) and the internal water is perfect! No puny in-door ice maker taking up fridge space or putting out too little ice. One of the best purchases we have ever made.

This is the first refridgerator we bought. It was for our first home. The doors slide easily and the appliance itself is quiet. The only loud noise is the ice machine that seems to make a big pop every time an ice cube is ready.

I love my new Samsung French Door refrigerator. It keeps everything super cold - both fridge and freezer areas. And everything is easily accessible. It is so much better than my previous refrigerator.

I ended up returning this product and exchanged for a similar, more expensive LG product. The Samsung is a good fridge, however a few things bothered me about this product after delivery. Although I wanted a clean exterior (no water or ice dispenser) this unit has a small interior water dispenser. This proves very inconvenient and takes up needed interior space. The similar LG unit has a slightly bigger interior for the same case size. The color of the stainless was also slightly different from that of the matching Samsung range.

I was so excited to see this fridge on the showroom floor. It was beautiful, brilliant lights, indoor water dispenser, and so much freezer space. I had had it delivered a week after purchase, the guys were stellar. Plugged in the fridge and it never got below 65 degrees, I followed all of the walkthroughs. Nothing. The thing is also loud, it makes all sorts of noises that I'd expect out of a 10 year old fridge. My Frigidaire is close to 15 years old and makes no near the noise.

If tight on space, add about 1 inch to it's width, (the insulation inside bows out the sides beyond the stated dimensions. Also you must turn off your ice maker when the bin is full or it will overflow. Replacement water filters are expensive, (found cheaper).

Great products, however we have still not gotten our 10% back on first purchase with the best buy credit card.... It is the only reason we went for the Credit card since we shop at best buy frequently. I've called 3 times and rewards points people have said its coming, its coming, the last call I made said I would have the pts May 1 2020. It's May 8, still don't have my 10% in rewards points and its been over a month. Would love to get the pts you say we get.... Sales guy said I would get them when i bought the products as well
