Great refrigerator. The stainless steel and French Door design had me sold, especially when I saw the sale price. I bought this for my new house, and I don't regret it.

it was a great fridge up till about a month ago when I started to have trouble with it n tried contacting samsung but no luck no one calling me back or reaching out to me

Great Freezer but one down side has a top slide.drawer that the wheels are easy to break. Plastic wheel One day and it broke.but all is.good.it may be that this one was my bad luck. Still slides when I placed.it.back cracked.

We have five people that live in Our home,The one thing that I would do if I could it would be to make the ice cube maker produce ice cubes faster it's a little slow for the amount of use that we have

I’d like it because of the handles on the door will make it easy for my daughter who is disabled to open it up ice maker is on the bottom and the water dispensers in the front lots of storage

Very minor drawback. Icemaker drawer could be better design, allows ice to spill. Otherwise, we enjoy capacity, adjustable shelves. Couldn't beat the price for size and convenience.

High quality build, doesn't show finger prints (we got the black one). Love the water dispenser inside the door, makes the whole thing look more sleek and clean. No complaints!

Great fridge. This is my first stainless fridge so getting use to the finger prints is something new - but very easy to clean. I LOVE the water filter inside. Really a good deal and a great appliance.

After one minor problem was solved, this has turned out to be an awesome product. The very faint humming can be a little annoying when it is super quiet in the house. Otherwise excellent purchase.

I love this fridge and it has so much more space without changing the height or width of my former fridge the hidden water area within the fridge is so much more sanitary than having it on the front of the fridge easy clean up also

It is a bit large for a standard fridge space, so it sticks out a little in my kitchen. But, the space is excellent and I needed the extra space and organization in a freezer. The look feels high end too.

most minimal sub zero fridge you will ever get. when purchasing do not forget to purchase the water line and connect it in the back, this is fir your ice maker.

This is the second Samsung of this model I have bought. The 1st one we just received a refund from Samsung and the same problem is happening with the new one we replaced it with. The fan started making a noise we then lost cool from the refrigerator and next the freezer went. After numerous service calls from a certified Samsung repair service, Samsung refunded our money. This did not replace the warranty fee that we had purchased. I am on way today to Best Buy to see if we can exchange the refridgerator. It took over a month to resolve this issue the last time and we were without a refrigerator through the holidays with my grandchildren and daughter staying with us. We were living out of a cooler. A horrible experience overall. I loved everything about the refrigerator except it died. I hoped that this was a fluke. I now understand that this is a problem with this model of refrigerator. I do not find this under any product info. I can only hope that I can exhange this refrigerator. This started immediately within the first week of purchase.

Amazing capacity and so easy to find things in both refrigerator and especially in the freezer. The lighting is very pleasing and the soft sound that lets you know the door isn’t closed is very ingenious

Got this thing on sale, $300 less than normal, couldn't ask for anything better. Replaced my old white fridge and cools things in half the time! Got my $20 rebate from Peco for being Energy Star rated.

Everybody has the cookie cutter stainless but Samsung stand alone with this black Stainless fridge! Having 2 kids leaving zero fingerprints is awesome also. Beautiful to look at everyday.

we shopped around a lot and this was the greatest deal we found on a great quality fridge. we recently got it and we are still in love with it, no complaints

We love the fridge, though opening both sides to pull out the drawer is a nuisance. The freezer is different than what were used to so theres a learning curve. So far no complaints.

The freezer on the bottom and refrigerator on the top allows more storage room and easier access to everyday products. I find the choice of using one of the shelfs as a half shelf or full shelf is more useful than I expected.
