We bought this because we liked the layout, liked the clean front with no water & ice dispensers and trusted the brand. Bad move on our part. My complaints... the temperature/huminidy in the unit vary widely. I'll open the freezer and everything is frosted like it snowed in the unit overnight. Ice maker is inconsistent in making ice, sometimes it just stops, then starts again a couple of days later. Lately there is water pooling under the bottom drawer, we've replaced the filter per Customer Service suggestion with no luck. Lately there is a big block of ice forming under the drawer. All sound like temperature issues? They are set exactly as the customer service people at Samsung suggest, so if it is temperature, the thermometers they show are wrong. Lots of calls to Samsung customer service from when we got the unit, now they can't do anything since it is out of warranty.... Stay away from this and other similiar Samsung products.

Somewhat tough to clean, but flexible storage, has nice quick cool feature and adjustable humidity. Freezer is decent for the size of fridge but not a ton of space.

This is the first fridge we have ever purchased. It is a great fridge and we can't wait to buy all the matching pieces for a new kitchen! The space and storage capacity is huge! Love it!

I mean its a refrigerator it does what it needs to do freeze and cool it works pretty efficient nice design and i like that the ice maker is in the lower part so that it does take up space in the refrigerator

Very happy with my new refrigerator. Quite large. Love the split shelves, would not have anything other.not happy that the ice maker had to be fixed as it was a new refrigerator

Fridge motor has a high pitched noise. I notice it but my wife doesn't. Ice cubes fall from ice box every time we open drawer. Has plenty of space.

Love the fridge only complaint is the water dispenser is taking some getting used to after having in the door dispensers. The button to get water is difficult with large glasses.

After Best Buy delivered my product I knew I had made the right choice! They didn't just drop off. They helped me install very carefully and made sure I understood in full how to use my product and features.

I love this refrigerator. I like the way the shelves and the storage are designed. I also like the way the freezer is designed and appreciate the cold water.

It's a great looking, good capacity, versatile, awesome fridge, and my wife loves it. It's her favorite appliance. Stays clean pretty well, unlike the dishwasher.

The first one was dented by the moving company. And when the fridge tried to get cold it would make a wierd sound. And the water tasted bad. Buttttt. With this new fridge no sound and water taste way better.

It’s my first time making a big purchase and i do not regret it at all. the only thing i regret is not getting the protecting plan. lol but overall it’s amazing

Perfect size ! Compartments and shelves and just right. Love the beep feature if door isn’t left open. Ice maker is awesome ! And love the inside door water .

Well we had to get this Fridge cuz our othe Samsung took a plunge after 10yrs. This was a great choice. Door opening to the modifications of how the shelf’s are inside are just worth it.

I had to drive a little ways to get this Samsung fridgerator. open box awesome deal! Manager even gave me 10% more off.bestbuy workers loaded it up on my truck,would have had to wait a couple days for delivery

This is my first Samsung refrigerator. I love the french doors. The design provides a lot of extra shelf room inside the doors. I'm very happy with all the features of this refrigerator.

A solid fridge. The water dispenser is inside the fridge so I would recommend filling a larger vessel with water and use that instead of opening the door every time to get a drink of water.

Only have this frig for one month, zero complaints. It keeps food cold, unlike the frig I had to get rid of. Ice sometimes falls off the back of the ice tray.

Love this fridge! the water source on the inside is perfect and the interior is really well laid out and organized. best purchase i've made for sure!
