This Samsung refrigerator was delivered as scheduled withinthe window. The men that delivered and set it up were professional.

Well it keeps the food cold and reminds you to shut the door if left open. Be sure to measure before you buy, it looks smaller in the store.

I do love this fridge. The color is beautiful and tons of space! My only complaint would be is the ice maker is kind of noisy. Other than that, I love it!

Absolutely love this fridge. Plenty of room inside. Very modern looking. Fingerprint resistant is absolutely needed with kids.

Only complaint was the sliding drawer, it goes off track pretty often. Other than that, it's good use of space and looks cool.

I bought the refrigerator that I wanted. But the first refrigerator had a no working water dispenser. We opted for repair. The geek squad repairman ordered a part that did not come and was on indefinite back order. So we opted to replace the refrigerator. When it came it was terribly damaged. So we sent it back and asked for a replacement.

Remodeled my entire kitchen and the black stainless steal really offer a sleek look contrasted with white cabinets and black granite!

Nice and roomy! Fits a pizza box without a problem. I love the freezer on the bottom. The doors of the frig open out so the whole front is open and wide!

I’m so glad we switched from the stainless to black stainless fridge. It does an outstanding job and is well-built.

Worth the price, but issues with the water dispenser valve not shutting off. Very usable! Lots of space!

Best Buy gave us great deal on fridge and handled whole transaction as promised. Delivered earlier than 1st promised. Very pleased.

Also bought five year support from geek squad. My refrigerator popped throughout the day. Saw online that Samsung could fix but would try to tell you that the popping was normal. Tried geek squad, they told me to call Samsung. Samsung said that all Samsung popped because they were high tech even though I was pointing them to blog with the fix.Best Buy manager said twice that someone would call me and didn't. I finally asked Samsung support for supervisor, same answer, so ask for manager which was next day call back. Manager tried to tell me it was normal. I had to pressure referring the blog. I finally got them to put in a service with third party and gave me the number to call third party contractor that would come out. The tech knew exactly what the fix was. They came out. Took about 30 minutes total to fix. Simple mat behind evaporator and changed defrost sensor. It is now fixed. Why would Samsung and Best Buy put a customer through this when there was a known simple fix? It impacts my future when considering Samsung or Best Buy.

Found this in new condition at the outlet store. Got $300 off the already reduced sales price. Works great and no issues to report
