It works well and there hasn't been any technical issues. The freezer is a little small for us, but I do have a bigger family. My only complaint is that a shelf on the door broke in half and we do not usually over fill it. It's not something you would expect to happen so soon. I do not regret my purchase.

Functionally works great. Does what it’s supposed to. Other than the fact that replacement water filters are $40 which is outrageous. Except for today when the fridge all of the sudden decides it doesn’t want to keep temperature. Almost all the stuff in my freezer thawed out. Just went grocery shopping. Went to the online support did everything it says. It wasn’t throwing any error codes so I figure easy fix. It’s been almost 10 hours and my fridge hasn’t even gotten any colder. I know it says it can take 28 hours. But wouldn’t it at least get a little colder? I had nothing but issues with Samsung appliances. Bought a washer and dryer that I exhausted a 5 year warranty for a dryer issue. And Samsung tech notions are able to charge “at their discretion” according to Samsung support. Never again.
