Vegetable/fruit bins keep contents fresh much longer than previous refrigerator. We had an immediate major problem...the interior water spout turns on at will and flooded our kitchen floor twice...had to turn the main water valve off. Best Buy has been great to work with and is sending us a replacement.

I specifically purchased it for it's ability to produce 10 pounds per day, this is what I got. Not happy about that. Other than that, I like it, but no ice is a big problem.

This particular Samsung model is terrible for showing fingerprints and other smudges - not good when you have kids. All the refrigeration features are fine. My issues are only with the the stainless steel showing fingerprints.
