This refrigerator is well-designed, spacious, and attractive. I love the internal filtered water dispenser. And the stainless surface is easy to maintain. The freezer drawer is convenient with the shallow drawer on top, and the ice bucket holds a generous amount. I’m thrilled with the choice of this model.

Love the water dispenser and deli drawer. Didn't like that the ice cubes fall out of tray when freezer door is opened. Have to reach behind drawers to clean the cubes out. Overall we love the fridge.

The Samsung - 25.5 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator with Internal Water Dispenser - Stainless steel is very roomy for my family of four. I no longer have to worry about how and where I am going to store my food. I love that it is also Digital.

So many choices as to where to put food. I have a section for salad dressings, condiments, juice and milk, -- YES, YES, YES - this is a great refrigerator!!

Purchased this new refrigerator and have loved it. It’s spacious, I love the French doors. The freezer has just amount of space to have all our veggies and fruit, while we hold our meat in a deep freezer. I love this buy!

This fridge is very spacious for a family of four. The first one that was deliver to me was defeated. So I ask for a new on it was possible. Other than that all great things.

Available in hard to find white. Has nice quick cool feature and well placed interior water dispenser. Nice amount of easily accessible storage space in freezer.

We love the size and the clean look of it since the water and ice are all inside. It's a little loud at times when it's just sitting there but it's not like crazy that it's annoying you can just hear it enough to know it's running. Once it beeped every 1 minute for like 45 minutes straight could never figure out what in the world was wrong and then it stopped beeping so that was weird and annoying. But other than that one thing that I hope never happens again it's a pretty awesome fridge. Plenty of space and shelves that re-arrange or extend or shrink.

I bought this fridge 1 month ago and initially I was happy, but then I discovered that when I open the door there is a feel like the fridge was not cold. So I placed a thermometer inside and watched in horror, that the temperature goes up to 50F at times, while the display says 34. I couldn't believe it. Top display said 34, when my thermometer showed 50F? No way. So I got myself a second thermometer. Same thing. The fridge somehow cools down, but then it takes a very long time for it to kick in again, and during this time the inside feels warm. Another problem is with that power cooling feature. Tonight I loaded up the freezer all the way with food and also added fresh stuff to the main compartment and again the temperature was like 48F in top compartment and 48F on top freezer shelf! The refrigeration did not want to kick in again, so I pushed the power freeze and it did not start. I then pushed the power cooling and this did not start as well. I kept pushing it and pushing until maybe few minutes later finally it came to work and it cooled down. But I wonder if it would even start cooling by itself. There is something wrong with this fridge and don't believe it is the compressor but rather something is messed up with temperature measurement. Now with COVID it is scary to call service, what a life. And by the way - this fridge is VERY LOUD. I mean VERY. It also makes some vibrating sound when operating on normal speed. After 1 month of use I realized that I regret this purchase. I am not happy with it at all. It was a mistake to buy this one. But I have to be fair - this fridge had better features than other competing brands. But if I knew that it would work like that - I would never buy it.

I just wished it had a sensor to stop making ice, because ice falls out into back of freezer. Otherwise I have been really happy with it.

This fridge was a great addition to my kitchen! The only reason I'm rating a 4-star is because of the popping sound it makes about 1x/hour. Not sure why this happens...I thought it may have been the icemaker but I turned it off and it still makes the noise. Other than that...love the space and the lighting is excellent! The inside water filter is an amazing bonus!

Very disappointed with this Samsung fridge (RF261BEAESR). We purchased it from Best Buy just 2 years ago. It worked fine for about a year and then the issues began, mainly with the inability of the fridge to cool our food properly. This problem has persisted for over a year. We are now in a Covid-19 pandemic and our fridge has stopped cooling our food again and is making a very loud noise. As you can imagine, this is the WORST time for a fridge to malfunction. We are quarantining at home with our 2-year-old son and have no way of buying a new refrigerator. We are stuck with one that doesn’t work and has ruined most of our perishable foods that were inside. I am so disappointed in Samsung. We own three Samsung TVs and have owned other Samsung appliances in the past, and never had any issues with them. I expected more of a quality product from Samsung than this. Now my family and I need to scramble to figure out how to chill our food during these very difficult times. I would NOT recommend buying this fridge. I hope no one else has to go through what we went through.

I love the space with both the fridge & freezer. I also love how it lights up so you can find things better.

This fridge is spacious , quiet and stunning to look at . The ice maker functions perfectly . We couldn't be happier .

I LOVE this refrigerator. Its huge and I no longer have to break my back to see whats in the old clapped out regular fridge that I sent packing once this bad boy showed up. IM SO HAPPY I got this thing, money well spent on the black stainless model. the guys and gals at best buy are super smart about everything they have and are non pushy. If youre looking for a good sized french door, look no further than this Samsung. Happy refrigahunting.

I love my new frig. It is has french doors and an bottom drawer freezer with an ice maker. I love the door compartments that's can hold a gallon of milk or a bunch of condiments. The freezer is divided into 2 levels for storage so that's nothing gets buried and forgotten at the bottom. (It's only been 30 years since I purchased my last new refrigerator! I think I was due for an upgrade!)
