Too loud, don't buy

This fridge is so loud, it sometimes wakes me up in the middle of the night. I will never, ever buy a Samsung fridge again. It works and cools, but the loud noises and popping are not acceptable.

Woke up two days ago to EVERYTHING in my freezer defrosted!!!! Lost all of my freezer food. Temperature display was at 0, not showing a temperature rise. Then started freezing again. Very disappointed. Called and will have a tech come to troubleshoot in 2 weeks!!!! Then it was stated once this service ticket is closed I can submit a new one for the loss of food. So I cannot buy food until the tech has serviced so this doesn’t happen again. Beyond frustrated as this being a brand new refrigerator.

However, the pure water dispenser inside the door is of extremely poor design. It does not work and when it does work it jams in the full flow position and cannot be turned off, it floods the kitchen. Geek Squad has come out twice to repair the water dispenser, the second time with three replacement parts. The technician agrees that the button design is extremely bad and jams repeatedly in the full-on position spraying water all over the inside of the frig and all over the kitchen floor. Still NOT fixed. AVOID.

OPEN BOX - VERY DENTED????

It leaks water. It makes us unplug it and try to get it to defrost. It sounds like we have a propeller constantly going in our house. I've had service out twice. I've had to unplug it more than that. This is NOT what you want to bring home if you want a low to no maintenance item. We are SO disappointed.
