I had gone refrigerator shopping with the plan to purchase a KitchenAide refrigerator. I read too many negative comments about Samsung. As we were just about to "close the deal", the salesperson asked if we had considered Samsung. When I told her about the comments that I had read, she quickly told me that Samsung had addressed all of the concerns that were identified. She even said that the Samsung refrigerator was the Geek Squad's favorite because they never get calls on it. Because of all of this & since the refrigerator was about $500.00 cheaper, we opted to go with the Samsung. We've now had the refrigerator a couple of months & the only complaint we have is with the delivery people. I had to argue with them to get them to leave the refrigerator because the water shut off was under the sink & not at the back of the refrigerator where they said it should be. I consulted with a Master Plumber & he said the proper location is, in fact, under the sink.

We've had this for about 3 weeks now. We upgraded to a larger frig for a family of 4. I especially wanted a freezer-on-the-bottom model. After comparison shopping for weeks I decided on this frig. The shelving seems to be pretty durable, it is very spacious, and it seems that the vege drawers are keeping our vegetables longer. The lighting is another bonus. We also had to adjust to how well the freezer.....freezes; ice cream is definitely kept frozen and water becomes ice cubes really fast (opted to not connect the internal icemaker). There are times when I hear it "run" but nothing out of the ordinary. Delivery was as agreed and I called them the night before to ask that they remove doors prior to delivering just so it wasn't such a tight fit through the doorways. It doesn't seem like the delivery folks were aware of this but they did remove doors and did a pretty good job overall.

I am pleased with this purchase. We got a great price and love the space in it. We even put an extra large pizza box in with no problem.

I'm very happy with my purchase. Much more room and easier to find things. It's quiet running and the ice maker is quieter, too.

This is a great refrigerator with plenty of space for those looking for a larger refrigerator without an external water & ice dispenser. There is a water dispenser inside the left door, leaving the outside with a clean look. Unit is very quiet and keeps everything nice and cold.

Had purchased a smaller frig to adequately fit our space only to find out it was way too small. Went back to Best Buy and chose this Samsung. It took 3 tries before we were delivered one a week ago that was not damaged! This one is wonderful! First the inside water dispenser was leaking but when the Geek Squad call told us a gallon of water needed to run thru to get all air out of the lines, the leak promptly stopped! Then after reading previous reviews about the low amount ice being made, I too was concerned, but looking at the info with the paperwork said to turn it down to -2 degrees, it is making ice like a champ! Couldn't be happier

Great fridge, no complaints, lots of space for a big family. No regrets.

Big upgrade from my old one to this. Lots of capacity. There is a one water dispenser inside which I like a lot.

The fridge itself is great I just kind of wished we would have gone with a slightly larger model being a family of 4. It will definitely be tight once the holidays roll around and we have extra food that needs to be chilled. I love that the water dispenser is inside the fridge as it prevents water marks from running down the outside stainless steel, which is what would happen with our old refrigerator. The French doors are much better than the old side my side refridgerator and there is surprisingly a lot of freezer space. My only complaint is the ice cube maker. It can't keep up with our demand of ice cubes, I feel like I need to ration in order to prevent us from running out of ice.

Open box item found online. Easy to purchase in store. Free delivery was great service. Love this fridge. Quiet and perfect size.

This is exactly what I wanted. This is a very spacious fridge. We are happy we got this model and have no complaints about it.

best buy crew was perfect. they place the fridge, replace the old one, show everything important, answer all the questions. little bit noisy, may be food was not placed properly. first day only, door shelves could have more high options roomy, we placed everything from the old fridge and still have free space

I love the stainless steel and the organization of this refrigerator. It has so many great features and the temps are all default which makes keeping the foods at the perfect temperature. I also love the lower freezer where it is sectioned off so I can keep frozen foods in separate areas. I have noticed that it does make some popping noise periodically and the ice maker is turned off. Not certain if this is caused by the defrost or cooling elements, but it appears it is working perfectly.

We like the quiet compressor of Samsung refrigerators. The internal water dispenser is nice, keeping our small children away

I absolutely enjoy this fridge so far. My previous fridge was 26 years old. I know people have complained of the noise it makes but it makes less noise than my last one. It looks really nice too. So far I haven't had any issues with it. I have only had it for a couple of weeks. I also like how it doesn't freeze my things in the fridge portion. The freezer is so easy to organize and use.
