The Geek Squad repairman has been out 5 times to try and repair it but one problem after another occurs The fridge has been replaced twice and have still had too many service calls made and it is still not working properly. No I am not happy with this over priced problem and far from being a happy, satisfied customer

Neither company wants to replace the unit. Neither company is capable of fixing this or replacing just the part(s) so it will work. This unit does not get cold, it is just a light up cabinet!

After one little glitch all is well.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this machine and all went well till the Ice maker didn't work. after some manuvering and a few trials trying to get it to go, The store had a representative call me and he walked me through the fix. The instruction book showed a picture of the 'reset/test button' but did not mention holding the button down for 8 seconds. also it did not mention that the light at the top of the inside of the box on the freezer side, the light that comes on when you press the Freezer off button is supposed to be off, not on to make the ice maker work…your representative took care of that problem and all is well now…you might want to make that clear in your instructions and make sure your installers know these things.

First replaced with open box, used one that was unacceptable! Second one,new,out of box...dented on both doors and scratched! Still do not have my replacement! Very stressful!
