    I bought this refrigerator six months ago, and TWICE the freezer handle has come off! I am so ticked off and disappointed. When you spend this much on appliances, they should at least last a year. I had an old refrigerator that worked fine, and NEVER had any issues. I re-modeled my kitchen, and got this sorry piece of garbage.

    Fridge was delivered with failure to follow special instructions and left in the box. When we inboxed it, the fridge has 3 dents and we have not received a response from Best Buy with our original complaint.

    Frosts in Freezer section

    Just one week after we bought the new refrigerator, we started seeing lots of frosts in the freezer section. It sometimes gets so bad that there are frosts on top of ice trays. Another thing is to reach into the special compartment tray at the bottom of the refrigerator section, both doors must be wide open to access the drawer, which is ineffective to keep cold air inside. I wish I had bought the one which has a double door with divided compartments and two freezer doors instead of a large freezer drawer. Things get piled up and it is hard to find the things on the bottom. Costco carried a nicer model of LG and Samsang. refrigerators.

    Freezer is too cold and you can't adjust the temp high enough to correct the problem. Similar problem with our former freezer was the reason we bought a new fridge and we still have the same problem. Very unhappy and wish I could return it!

    Poorly engineered! Shelf always comes off the track and sticks. The water fill sprays water everywhere if you have ice in your glass; it makes a mess. The left door to the refrigerator has a movable mechanism that seals the doors tight; this gizmo catches on the other door. The remedy, close the right door first; not a good option. That drawer I spoke of getting stuck should have been two drawers allowing access to eithe by only having to open one door. I would not buy again.

    I would love this refrigerator but I bought it in MAY It didn't come with a screw for the handle on the freezer and I have tried 3 times to go through the manufacturer because best buy won't help and the manufactured cant get me a SCREW I have no handle on the freezer. Soon the entire thing will be off track They a hold have assembled it upon delivery. Now I know why they didn't. They didn't have the parts and didn't want to say!!!! Never again will I buy a high priced appliance from best buy

    The fridge came and once I plugged it in, it made a horrible noise which was disappointing. It stopped working overnight, ruining all of my groceries!

    I purchased this refrigerator after careful review and consideration. Unfortunately, it only worked properly for the first two weeks. The sensors quit working, main circuit board failed and the refrigerator froze over causing foods in the refrigerator to freeze over and glass items to explode. Lost all food and cleaned up quite a mess. Not what I had planned when purchasing a new refrigerator. Very disappointed.

    The refrigerator was o loud, we thought there was a plane flying overhead everytime it ran. Then between the doors got really wet. We returned it and its now 15 days later and we are still waiting for our refund!! So upset and disappointed.

    Great All Round Fridge

    I did a fair amount of research before choosing this fridge. We live in a house with an open floor plan and one concern I read about was that it's noisy. Well, I'm here to tell you that it's very quiet all week long. The only time it was loud was when the very first batch of ice fell into the empty ice bucket. Even then, would you expect anything different? I decided to buy a french door unit and before reading reviews, I spoke to friends to learn what they liked and didn't like about their french door units. There are plenty of reasons why french door makes sense and for me, there's no going back to any other style. That's not what this review is about. A recurring complaint I heard was that the ice maker takes up too much space in the fresh food area. Another was that the door service ice makers tend to clog. I can confirm that 2 door service units I had also constantly clogged. Looking at the empty ones at stores, it became apparent the bulky ice maker would bother me too. I also wanted a filtered water dispenser and I also prefer the clean look of a solid door (without the dispenser). This unit is one of the few with filtered ice and water dispenser without the bulky innards. Combine that and Samsung's reliability ratings and it became an easy decision. After living with this fridge for a few weeks, it's a gem. It's easy to see and reach most everything quickly. The filtered water is above average and the ice cubes are just the right size. My only criticisms are small. I'd like the ice maker to work faster. Maybe it's fast, I don't know. I have yet to run out but summer time will be the real test. The other is the doors. You must press them closed. They won't automatically swing closed like older models do. So far, I haven't accidentally left it open but I do remember it was a concern when I first received the unit. That's all folks!

    I'am extremely disappointed because we purchased this refrigerator and it broke down not even a month later. Turns out that Samsung has no local technician but they said we will get a new one. Hopefully this one doesn't brake down because we really liked it for the time we had it. The only thing we didn't like is the internal dispenser only because of how sometimes it's hard to get the water out.

    The ice maker doesn't produce enough ice for my wife and I. My od Frigidaire produced so much we had to shut it off occasionally. Not happy with it at all. The freezer frosted up.

    Since day one this refrigerator is crap. Handle fell off. The refrigerator has an issue with the defrost system. Constantly has a terrible noise and no one will help us replace this unit. We have the full warranty and corporate Best Buy and local Best Buy and Samsung treating us like we are invisible. We immediately called about the issues, and have had six service appointments, and still no one will replace this unit. Terrible experience and terrible fridge.

    Broke Down In Under 60 Days

    Purchased this appliance on October 1. The day before Thanksgiving, the ice maker stopped working. A week later we had to throw out our frozen food because the freezer won't get below forty degrees. $1500 for the fridge. Couple hundred in wasted food, plus ice to save as much as we could in a cooler. Not happy. Not at all.

    Haven't had this quite 3 years, and EVERYTHING has quit multiple times. Currently looking at over $600 in PARTS (not including labor) and these aren't the first repairs. We're not investing any more $$ into this piece of garbage, getting a new one (and not a Samsung).
