Couldn't get this into my kitchen. The hallway was too small for it. I checked the front door and space in the kitchen but didn't think about the in between. I replaced it with another Samsung which works great. Was looking forward to this fridge. Only one star cause it was too big to fit in!

It's really good but,the guy can't install it right

already broken after 2 years. The fridge will not cool to the correct temp. Just got off phone with appliance repairman and he told me he has gone to over 300 calls for the same problem with this fridge.

I got it home had a very hard time getting thur the door once we got it inside we let it sit and then pluged in it lit up but the compressor would not run let it sit overnight still would not work so i sent it back

I had my heart set on the big daddy of them all with the ice/water in the door and the 4th door - but our budget was $1500 and we couldn't afford the $2200+ for what I wanted. I went off to do some comparison shopping and found that this fridge had everything I wanted, just not in the door. I had no idea that french door fridges could have water INSIDE. Awesome!!! Another feature I loved about all the Samsung refrigerators was the top sliding drawer in the freezer. No other manufacturers offered that - they only had a couple deep baskets in the freezer drawer. Between the top freezer drawer, the filtered water inside, and the super deep door storage I was sold. A word of caution: my husband loves to fidget with things he shouldn't, so when he was checking it out he removed the water filter and put it back in - but he didn't seal it properly. Two days later, the bottom drawer of the fridge was flooded with water and it exploded like a giant water balloon when we opened it. Ooops. He fixed the filter and all is well. I decided not to divorce him. :-) The ice maker took a while to make ice, but once the tray is full it's all good. Just be patient and give it a big hug. The only thing that worries me is that every once in a while, there's a popping noise that happens. It's just one pop and that's it. I found nothing in the troubleshooting about it and I expect it's just the normal noise the fridge makes. It runs beautifully and I love it so much...I was so happy to wave goodbye to our old fridge as the Best Buy guys took it away. :-) I waited a month before I wrote this review to ensure there were no problems...and I love it as much today as I did the day it was delivered. Such a great deal for the price. My only compromise was not having ice/water in the door...and it saved me several hundred dollars - so it turns out it wasn't really a compromise at all. :-)

Normally I do not leave reviews though appreciate others who do, if they are accurate. Majority of the reviews are not accurate on the quality of this fridge as they have overlooked major quality issues as I doubt Samsung has changed the cheap sheet metal used to mfg! Pros: Lots of room inside, sleek design, doors can accommodate magnets, very classy looking, quick visibility of veggies. Cons: VERY VERY loud cracking and popping noises!! Noises are similar to what a house makes when adjusting to outside temperatures. At times you can hear a gear grinding noise. In the two months we have had this unit, there were several times I almost hit the security alarm button thinking someone was breaking in, not funny!! Water dispenser is extremely hard to activate, safety hazard in my opinion especially with kids! Have to keep a thick tumbler handy to transfer water into a glass. Coffee cups/mugs are not a problem as they are thicker then most water glasses. Finish shows every fingerprint and hand smudge and attracts lint !! The bottom does not have a grate plate so kids/pets toys can roll underneath and out of sight. This was our first Samsung appliance and the LAST. Not worth the money we paid for this unit!!

BUYER BEWARE! Plastic parts in high use areas that are not able to be replaced. The freezer door handle ripped off after 18 months. Had to buy a whole new door.

Had this item for less than a month and the ice maker is knocking very loudly and doesn't produce ice. Best Buy won't help. Scheduled service with Samsung and they never showed up.

Dont buy a Samsung. Few companies will work on them and no one will do warranty work. Went in to buy a whirlpool should never have let the best buy guy talk me into a Samsung...

Bought the refrigerator almost 3 years ago and have had to service it 4 times due to the freezer not cooling. It also makes loud unusual noises like popping sounds.

Water dispenser broke literally 2 weeks after warranty expired. Fridge itself is fine. TERRIBLE design for water dispenser. I will NEVER purchase a Samsung refrigerator again.

Stay away my ice maker stopped working 6 months after having the fridge. I’m not the only one terribly made appliance Samsung

The company who came to fix my fridge couldn't ever find a problem after 10 service calls. I let best buy know and they helped me get a new fridge

After 16 months the water dispenser has broken. The water will not stop running. I contacted Samsung for help and got a complete run around. Will not purchase another Samsung product.

Makes loud popping noises randomly. Not that happy with item Also delivery was awful-left plastic wrap on various areas of refrigerator

Bought this as an open box model and it never got colder than 67 degrees F. Our food spoiled. Will never recommend this purchase.

Lots of space, and I have 4 teenagers, so it was needed.. Love the internal water dispenser; it's a great space saver & nice & cold water. Just don't put milk jugs in the door. Plastic shelves cannot hold up with that weight, shelves cracked. But can hold lighter items.

Constantly leaks at the bottom of fridge doors above freezer. Nothing is ever really cold in the fridge, bad design, DO NOT buy

Refrigerator was to large for the space so I didn't accept delivery. I have found another that is expected to be delivered the week of August 26th.

Be sure to measure your doorways. Especially in New York. The refrigerator did not fit so it was returned to the store.
