This one looks good, has a lot of space and shelf configurations. It cools well too. Only bad thing is the LOUD LOUD popping and cracking noise. It is a known issue with this model, it is even there in the user manual. I asked the pacific sales person and he said this model has no such issues. The popping noise was not too loud in the first few weeks, it was like someone was making popcorn inside the fridge every hour, much like the ice maker noise when it drops ice to the basket. After a month it started becoming loud, almost like dropping and breaking ceramic plates on the floor. The service person came out and said this is a known issue with this model and nothing can be done. He said the noise is due to the refrigent expanding in the tubes. I would not recommend this one if you have a bedroom close to where this will be kept. You will wake up in the night hearing the loud pops.(my living room is between the kitchen and master bedroom, but I still hear the pops at night). Do not get attracted by the price and features of this fridge, you will regret after a month. Sad they cannot fix this noise on an otherwise perfect and affordable refrigerator.

Only had this fridge for 2 months but pretty happy. The eco setting leave a small amount of condensation on bottles/cans when you open the door. The fridge is easy to use and the shelving is awesome. Lots of produce space and the pantry option is great. Most of the time there is a small noise coming from it but that is just the fridge working. Got it on sale for 1399/ Great drop from 2100

A little adjusting on easily adjustable shelving has greatly increased the capacity. Everything is easily accessible in the refrigerator. The freezer, WOW! We took what was in the old refrigerator and transferred to to the new freezer. It holds everything with room to spare. The ice maker makes more than enough ice once it settles to right temperature.Finally when first brought in we were a little worried about cool down time. No worries there. Within 90 minutes, the refefrigerator was at 38 degrees and the freezer was at -2 degrees. We are extremely happy that we purchased the appliance it had changed the the look of the kitchen and compliments the other appliances as well. We looked at over 20 French Door refrigerators in this price range and this Samsung model met all of our needs at an excellent price. This frig replaced a 20 year old side-by-side that was also rated at 25.5 CF. This unit is much roomier, better designed and much quieter than the model it replaced. Shelf and storage design is great and the LED lights help you to easily find what your looking for inside. The Samsung was at the lower end of our price range but had a better feature set and reputation than the other brands we considered. We love it.

I bought this frig after researching French Doors for a couple years. I love the interior water dispenser. Unlike other refrigerators that have the ice and water through the front of the door, this one has ice in the freezer, where it belongs, and a filtered water dispenser on the inside of the frig wall itself. Compare to others and you'll how much wasted space they use up. Even the filter is placed between the crisper drawers, out of the way, and not hanging down from the top. Others may have more cubic footage, but this one has more usable storage space. Very well thought out refrigerator and I couldn't happier with it! Love it!

I've had this refrigerator since 2020. I absolutely love it. It was a great and smart purchase. I love the water dispenser on the inside door.

we bought this fridge a year ago on black friday and got a great deal 999.99 . We are now moving sold our house w/ appliances so now we have to buy all over again…I wish this size and model came in counter depth bummer , We will buy another one ,even thou it may be a little large for our new kitchen. I gave 4 stars because it is a little noisy, but a great fridgerator

Bought this fridge for a new home. Was delivered on 11/23/2015. First, this is a very nice fridge. Plenty of room, I loved the deli drawer and the freezer to me had plenty of room. We loved it and tried to continue loving it but we cannot handle the noise anymore. We ended up returning it. First, this is not the normal fridge running sound. The sound is like something is loose, maybe the fan hitting something, rattling, and a jackhammer or boat at times. It has woken us up at night. This is not a rare occurrence either, it runs like throughout the day. I did more research on this and this seems to be common. Since our fridge is about 30 days old, and is apart of the Best Buy Holiday Return/Exchange, we took advantage of it. We returned the fridge and purchased a Kitchen Aid, so we will see.

It feels odd to say that I absolutely love my refrigerator, but I do. It's predecessor was a standard top-freezer model with no water or ice dispenser. I love that the water is dispensed from inside the refrigerator which keeps small hands from playing with it. The location on the side of the refrigerator keeps it from taking up valuable door space. The amount of storage is fantastic. When we transferred the contents of our nearly full refrigerator we found we had tons of space left over despite this model being only a few cubic feet larger than our previous fridge. The bottom cooler drawer is great for eggs and cheese/lunchmeat and I love that the temperature can be adjusted. The freezer compartment is large; the top shelf has enough depth to easily hold a gallon-size bucket of ice cream. Both the refrigerator and freezer are well lit; not a corner is left in the dark. My only complaint was with Best Buy delivery. They brought in the fridge knowing it had a substantial scratch on the front door. I question why they would even bring it in to the house in that condition. Their statement was that they would send free touch up paint. Not good enough. If I wanted scratch and dent I would've gone to another local appliance store...or bought the scratch and dent model of the same fridge that was available at Best Buy when we bought this one. Ultimately we resolved this by contacting Best Buy after the delivery but I expected better. Inspect the items before delivery and don't bring it in the house if it's damaged. Really.

We love this fridge. It is very spacious and very flexible as you can move the shelves around. It also has a water filter inside the door that we like a lot. We like having the freezer on the bottom. It seems to hold a lot more stuff than our old fridge. It is clean looking and fits nicely in our space. If you are looking for a fridge with water inside and not on the outside, you can not find a better priced option than this.

Replaced an ancient top-freezer fridge—massive leap forward in looks and performance. I chose the white which is beautiful and does not have the “waviness” that some stainless finish refrigerators have. The LED lighting is amazing and the CoolSelect pantry is a nice feature. The all-clear shelving means that your food has nowhere to hide. Finally, the bottom freezer is huge and easy to access. Best money I spent all year!

I bought my fridge less than a year ago. Some of the reviews were negative.. but i have had no problem what soever.. Its not noisy.. its very pretty... and lots of space.. Only problem..is keeping it shiny.. but now use a microfiber cloth and it works great. One ding at the top but other than that.. would highly recommend this fridge.

I love this refrigerator. I purchased the one with the water dispenser in the door which is very handy. Lots of room with the sliding shelf for tall pots of food. The adjustable temp for the bottom drawer keeps my beers very cold. The door to the bottom sliding drawer kept coming off due to the holes being too deep for the pegs. This would cause someone to take away a star, but not me. I just shoved a little piece of plastic in the hole and fixed it in a second. People complain about noises, and I do hear them. I understand thermal expansion is the issue and can live with the noises. To me it is not much louder nor more frequent than the sound of ice falling. If your house is 1200 square feet or greater like mine, you should not be bothered by the noises. I felt at first that it was way too big, but that was because I had no fridge for such a long time that it just seemed too big. I am used to it now.

This fridge is great! Lots of space inside, looks good outside. I personally like the tiny water dispenser inside instead of the big space in the front that takes out all the storage space in the door. Make sure you measure your space properly, this is a pretty big fridge that will most likely look and work best as free standing. It's much deeper than your kitchen counter.

I had to replace my stove that went and wanted to get stainless steel in both my new refrigerator and stove. I went to pay my bill and this refrigerator was on display. I was immediately drawn to the huge size and the allure of stainless steel. Upon opening the refrigerator I discovered there was a lot of room inside. Also, the bottom draw was easily accessed and a nice size. I bought this refrigerator during a Black Friday sale and couldn't be happier. I use stainless steel cleaner and so far good. I will share one piece of advice that a lady gave me while inspecting the refrigerator-make sure you close the bottom the draw or the refrigerator will kick into self defrost mode. Also, I did not hook up the ice maker, but I have heard from time to time a FAINT crackling sound. I am not worried because I bought the extended warranty. Love my new refrigerator!

I spent about an hour on line researching for a new french door fridge in my price range at Home Depot, Sears and Best Buy, Guess what? Best Buy had the best price. This fridge had great reviews and was a great price. I've only had it for 3 days, but the entire process, follow up, delivery, install & haul away of my old fridge went extremely smooth. I was a little concerned about "no ice" when I woke up the next day however after reading thru the owners manual it says it takes 24 hours & it did, like clockwork. Others said the fridge was loud....I don't find it loud at all other than ice cubes landing in an empty ice cube holder....my Jenn Air which I paid a heck of a lot more for made a lot more noise. I bought the geek appliance protection for a very reasonable price.

After having a side by side and fighting for room in my refrigerator I decided to go with the bottom freezer. I Love Love Love this fridge it has soooo much room. People say its loud but I don't think it is at all. I am very happy with my purchase.

This is a beautiful and spacious fridge! The led lighting makes it easy to see everything. The indoor water feature works well, no more water dripping down the front door. We have two young boys and they are able to get themselves water no problem. The layout is well thought out, there is so much room. I do find this unit noisy, sometimes it sounds like it is going to take off. We even had the geek squad come out and take a look. Everything was fine, they said it has a twin motor with variable speed making it energy efficient. This is a great value. You will love it.

Bought this fridge this week, it arrived Wednesday. My wife and I couldn't be happier with it. For the money, this is one of the best choices on the market. The capacity is amazing w/o looking huge on the outside. Internal water dispenser is nice, only dripped for about a day, but didn't even drip that much. Once fridge was set to -2F, started making ice immediately. Its extremely quiet, even when making ice, we just couldn't be happier. My wife and I love anything Samsung, no reason to look anywhere else. For $1299 you will not find a better fridge.
