    Don't do it!!!!! When it was delivered to my house they brought it in, installed the water line etc. I told them to please test the water dispenser. Water dispenser is the worst design I have ever seen. A flat rubber button is suppose to be strong enough to push the tiny plastic button inside. It did not work!!! They told me I could wait for a repairman to come - yeah right! You can't fix stupid. Sent this fridge back and I am glad to see it go.

    Bad Floor models/twice

    Make sure to take pictures of the floor model you’re buying bc it might be a different one when you get it delivered. It happened to me and I got another floor model(said it was good) and when received at home, unit malfunction. What a waste of time!

    Junk I do not recommend buying this. It's has multiple issues with its design. I continue to have issues with Samsung appliances I would only recommend buying their electronics.

    Stay away from Samsung Refrigerators

    Please stay away from this Samsung trash. bought it 3 years ago and spent $450 to repair ice build up and now it is leaking not cooling. Need to buy a new refrigerator. I will not buy any Samsung junk after this experience!

    Had the fridge for 5 years now it’s not work same thing with a brand washer and dryer lasted maybe 5 years will not buy another Samsung product ever again!

    had less than a month when water dispenser button broke. Was told this was damage and would be charged for repair. poorly designed and cheaply made button inside refrigerator. last samsung product for me.

    Hate my Frig!

    Over $2K spent and the drawers/shelfs are S%iT! Be ready to clean up messes--Ask for a demo of removing the glass shelf (say, meat juice spilled on it). As the sales rep tries, google it--see other owner's feedback. Be ready for glass to fly.
