this fridge is perfect except for the water spout inside the fridge . why is it so awkward to use.. I moved shelf to make it easier to use. the button that you push to get water is placed under the area you put your glass ?? I give this water issue 1 star...

The veggie crisper keeps my lettuce way longer than my last fridge, and the width size drawer at the bottom is perfect to keep washed fruits and veggies ready to go at a reachable height for my 3.5 year old.

After having my Whirlpool side-by-side lose interior lighting, then the functions on the ice/water dispenser, finally ice making capabilities altogether, I wanted a Dutch door type of fridge with an ice machine that was fairly basic. (Less parts to malfunction) After Shopping and looking at probably 250 different refrigerators in all styles, brands and price ranges we chose this one. Love the fact that the ice making bin is fairly large and the water dispenser from inside of the fridge is actually cold!. I understand that that the 'energy monitors' of appliances have decided that cooling the water to come out of the door of your refrigerator is not energy efficient, so most fridge manufacturers don't offer cooling capabilities out of the door water dispenser any longer. I would buy this fridge again.

I purchased this refrigerator during the memorial day appliance sale and was very pleased with the savings and the customer service best buy associates provided during my purchase. Great value for the $$$. Appliance yet to be delivered (by choice) - update to come!

I love this refrigerator. There is so much space in it and its easy to keep organized. Water and ice maker work great too.

dont believe all the reviews that say their is a loud popping sound first of all it's the ice if you owned one before you know it's the ice maker. Huge frezzer I keep frozen meat on hand n it holds around 30lbs of beef n 24 lbs of ckn plus more. N that's just about 1/4 of the bottom frezzer. The rest has frozen veggies n wings meatballs everything u need for weeks. The top of the freezer holds 9 gallons of ice cream plus the ice n more. The refrigerator looks so nice the water is perfectly hidden from view great for kids. I love the deli drawer it holds cold cuts at a perfect temp n the cheese. I love too buy trays of fruits n it holds them perfectly. This refrigerator works very well keeps everything cold n frozen. I would recommend it to any one. It's so awesome my sister had to buy one also we r thinking of buying a second one for the garage if we could only get the same price.

We moved to this french door model from a side by side. Now at last my wife has stopped complaining about the freezer width. The lower freezer is very large and we love it. We live in Phoenix area and need a lot of ice. The ice maker in the freezer is much better than the one in the door. The door model is limited capacity to hold cubes and you end up transferring them by hand. The upper part is very large and has some adjustable shelves and ones that are easily moved or removed. The cold water inside is very handy for refilling water bottles before you leave the house.

Love this fridge. I like how the water dispenser is inside the fridge. Does make a little noise when filling up the ice dispenser

I have a family of 4. I wanted a refrigerator without the ice maker in the door. They take up too much space and are the first to have issues. This refrigerator keeps all of the space and still has an ice maker in the freezer and a water dispenser inside of the refrigerator. It is exactly what I wanted and is a perfect fit. I would buy this model again.

We had a refrigerator that had the water and ice through the door. After seeing this refrigerator at a friends house we thought it was a great solution. The problem with in door ice and water is it gets messy and starts to look bad from hard water deposits. My old ice maker was also very noisy, but even most new ones are not the quietest things around. But the nicest feature of having the water dispenser inside is it gives you gallon sized bins so you have more room for big stuff instead of micro bins. The water even comes out cold! Yes it's a bit of a hassle to go into the freezer for ice, but it's not that bad.

Very nice and spacious fridge and you could not beat the price. I shopped around before making a decision and this was the best buy. No regrets

First refrigerator delivered was defective. Simply did not cool. Best Buy exchanged it without question. However, we were without a refrigerator for three days which was quite an inconvenience not to mention the cost of food that had to be tossed. Best Buy did make a minor adjustment to our bill but it did not make up for the loss of food and the inconvenience. The good news is that they did replace the unit. The new unit is excellent so far. Much room, easy to organize shelves. Clean looking and bright. Hope it lasts.

Ordering online was straightforward. I did not receive the expected call to confirm delivery day/time. The fridge did not end up fitting our space, despite measuring multiple times. I called to discuss exchanging it and was told I’d have to go into the store. Water line that I ordered with the fridge did not arrive so we had to go out and buy another. I called to follow up and was told that since the wherehouse didn't check it back in, it was considered delivered and I would not get a refund. When I objected to being told it was delivered when it clearly was NOT (I offered to send in the receipt for the second one I had to buy), I was told I needed to go in to the store to attempt to resolve. Unhelpful.

Got this as an open box product so got a great deal. Great fridge with ice maker and water dispenser. Only complaint is there is not a lot of room for big items unless you remove shelves. But then you lose shelf space. Over great purchase though

Very limited french door refrigerators on the market without ice in the door. We had an ice ball on the back wall of a near identical model we bought 6 years ago. The service repair man screwed up repair, leaving us in a questionable state since we leave for 6 months and fly north. We opted to replace it and hope new one lasts more than 6 years, they are expensive. So far, so good...I only used it 5 days before we left Florida. Overall, I love the spacious design, pull-out freezer and interior lighting.

Ample storage space for veggies. Split freezer is very useful to separate out frozen products. Internal water dispenser is a plus!

Main reason for purchase is we have one already at a rental. Such a great fridge due to freezer and ice maker on the bottom. Tons of room for food storage. The filtered water inside the fridge and not on the door is a great bonus!

No cooling issues with this fridge. It is noisy though. I had a technician come before the one year warranty was up and he said that the way the compressor works makes it more Efficient but unfortunately noisier. Not sure if that was a line or true but it works. We ended up putting sound absorbing panels on the wall in back of it. Maybe helped a little. But it’s still noisy for a new fridge.

Looks great runs quietly, consistent temperature. Good ice maker though it can scare you when the ice drops. Lots of space with useful drawers.
