My wife loves this fridge. It is spacious and the bottom freezer is great. Only draw back is the click noise it makes even though ice maker is off

Having done some research on line, I knew exactly what I wanted, and went to Best Buy fully expecting it to not be in stock. It was, and the free delivery was scheduled for the next day. I am Happy!!

did a lot of pros and cons between a french door and a side-by-side. glad i made the right choice. i live by myself so this frig is more than enough space since it can also hold leftovers from a housewarming that's yet to happen!

Surprised there are any less than 5 star reviews, as the fridge exceeds my expectations without any issues (knock on wood). The fridge is quiet--except when cubes of ice fall into the tray, not a big deal--cools efficiently and quickly, and the internal water supply is perfect as the entire fridge is usable, instead of having to accommodate a door water/ice dispenser. I really love the fridge thus far. The Best Buy water line installation program--even with a higher fee--is absolutely useless. Call a plumber if you need to install a water line.

It has a lot of room, and I love the look. It was a great buy. I recommend this refrigerator to anybody.

keeps the food cold , fresh, and reminds you when the fridge door is left open. couldn't ask for anything better plus temperature control is a breeze !!

Love my refrigerator, this is the second one that we have purchased. We moved and could not take our original one with us. When moved into our new home our Samsung refridgerator was one of our first purchases. Have never had a problem with either one.

Easy set up, easy use. Adjustable shelving and ample storage space. Plenty of door shelving space. Door shelves are large enough to fit 2 gallons of milk making the shelves ideal for big jugs of juice, milk, etc. The internal shelving is adjustable and able to fit your needs easily. Shelves extend so you can reach the items in the back as well as some of the shelves push back giving you more space for the extra tall items you store.

The french doors take a little getting used to; otherwise, we're very pleased with the Samsung refrigerator. We really like being able to adjust the temperature settings to exactly what we want.

It was exactly what I was looking for!!! Spacious with tons storage space in the fridge and freezer!!! I would definetly recommend this product

Like how the fridge sets up but had to return the first one. Started out with a cute cheep like a cricket that turned into a loud squeal. Second one moans every time you close the door.

The refrigerator has ample space and good placement on shelves and drawers. The biggest issue we have is the amount of noise it makes. Sometimes it aounda like someone is in the house when suddenly doors clank and other components move. Don't know how Samsung has this as an everyday thing.

Freezer handle broke off and it's a non serviceable part. I'm handy but couldn't figure how to repair so called Samsung. They put me in contact with Samsung repair vendor. $125 for service call that would go toward the repair, so I was told. Samsung Care arrived and right away told me it was a non-serviceable part because it brook in the door panel and entire door would need to be replaced for $487 with labor. No thanks. Out $125 for service call. Handle is very poorly engineered with the cheapest construction. Plastic is extremely thin for something used to open the freezer door. If I paid the $487 it would just break again. Have owned firdge less than two years. We returned the fist fridge of this model because the freezer wouldn't automatically defrost. Now, with less than two years of ownership the handle broke outside of warranty period. Samsung is better at making phones and tablets than appliances.

Recently purchased and installed this refrigerator. It is very spacious and practical. This model has the water dispenser inside the fridge which is not ideal but it is cheaper than the normal outside water dispenser.

Love the look and the finish. Having the inside water dispenser is nice so you have a clean look to the fridge on the outside. We had this same fridge before but in stainless, never any issues. Would defenitly recommend!

So far it works great and it’s very roomy also like that the water is inside the fridge so my daughter can’t play with it

I didn’t walk into the store with this particular model in mind, but I’m glad I discovered it while I was browsing. There is more than enough room for all of our groceries and operates cool and quiet even on really hot days. There are lots of compartments to store your food/drinks and the easy access to ice and cold water is quite convenient. Best of all, we were able to get a very reasonable price while this model was on sale.

Great frigid. Everyone in the house loves how you can see everything. I had a side by side. ThIs freezer was not as large as my other. So not happy with freezer size. I’m shorter and have short arms to so the top shelf I can reach but not all the way back. I’m 5’1” so I need a stool. it’s personal! All in all I think this was a good buy. I also have 4 cats so there’s always hair. With the water on the inside it’s great!

About a month in. Lots of space and nice features. A little noisy but we will see how it goes. Nice fridge overall

Had to replace a side by side unit that went bad when we were in Florida for the winter. Wanted a French door type and did not need in the door water/ice. Best Buy had a good assortment and the Samsung looked to be the best buy. The deliver was as planned and set up was minimal. We have had the unit about three weeks and everything is fine. We like the adjustable shelves and the large pockets in doors for condiments and misc. items. The bottom freezer with the slide tray top shelf is good and provides easy access to the lowest level.
