It is a huge fridge, so much bigger than my last fridge. I love that the water dispenser is not on the outside door, just a little push button on the inside. It makes it so there is a lot of room inside, instead of this big box taking up room in the door. There is plenty of space in the drawer freezer with 2 levels. The fridge door holds most drinks, even gallon sized milk. Love my new fridge.

We purchased this fridge to replace an Amanna that would not defrost right and would freeze up instead. So far this fridge is working great. The layout is about the same as our old one. It doesn't have the pop can rack, I miss that. It is a lot quieter that the old one, so that is nice. The led lighting is ok but kind of like mood lighting. All in all its is a nice fridge. Terry

I did not want external ice and water in the door anymore! So happy I made that decision. No more ice flying out on the floor, or water making a mess! The internal water spout works great, and I really like opening the freezer door and the ice is right there. Love the bright, open, clean looking space inside the French doors! Very happy with my purchase!

It works well and is very spacious. I especially like the shelf that has a separate temperature control. I had an issue once where it wouldn't power up. Unplugging it and plugging it again fixed it. Samsung tech support was helpful. They said if it goes out again to make sure to take photos and video as proof since if it works when they come by they can't do anything without proof.

The wide fridge part is awesome and holds just about anything you need to refrigerate. Love the freezer drawer it makes it very easy to find items.

I am very happy with my Samsung refrigerator. Especially the inside water spout and the ice maker. It is very large inside and everyone who sees it is impressed. I have only had it for a week and have been listening to hear if it makes noise that I read about in some reviews. It is very quiet and not the least disruptive.

I love my French door refrigerator, large interior space with easy access and plenty of space. The freezer on the bottom with the drawer is awesome.

This is a great fridge. We purchased one a couple of years ago and loved the water dispenser inside instead of in the door because it takes up less space. Just recently moved and had to replace the fridge in the new house. Went with this model because it just works well. Opted for the black stainless and it looks much better than regular stainless.

I love the refrigerator. It’s spacious too. I love that the water dispenser is in the inside. Kids can’t play with the water now. The ice tray is Convenient as well. I love that I’m able to bend down and lift food items in the freezer, instead of the upright refrigerator where your food gets lost because you have pull everything out to search. Good buy.

Did not want a fancy door. Did not want a lot of features just wanted a Dependable refrigerator. I think we found it with this one. We have experience with Samsung products and found them to be very good and reasonably priced. Plenty of room inside for a gallon of milk on both sides of the door plenty of space inside climate controlled for different products.

This refrigerator has been good so far. I haven't really used it much since I'm still moving into my house, but I haven't seen any issues with it.

Basically this is a nice fridge and has much more room that the side-by side we had before. Everything is much more accessible and the fridge keeps everything quite cold. However there are two problems: The thin drawer that spans the full width of the fridge was poorly designed. Even after Samsung replaced it, it still won't go in straight more than 2-3 times before falling off its tracks. You can see underneath that it doesn't have anything to keep it from cocking sideways so the rollers fall out of their tracks. Also when you close the French doors, the fridge sucks air in to force the door seal to tighten. Sounds good, but it causes a whistling sound for about 30 seconds. My wife says it "cries" when we close it. In our quiet home, it's annoying. The repairman said it's just the way it's made and there is nothing they can do.

Holds everything we need and then some. Freezer actually freezes ice cream so solid need to heat up scoop to get it out of carton. Love this box.

People complained about ice machine. I've never had a problem. If it's full, it doesn't seem to make more, and it never has overflown to the amount people state. Easily turn on and off. Power Cool feature, huge plus! If you buy 2Liters and have lots of condiments, not the friendliest of space, but very nice fridge! Price I paid, definitely the best purchase for price!!

I'm on my 3rd one, Best Buy replaced the first because of a ding, The Second one the water dispenser stuck open and flooded my wood floors best buy replaced that one. Now on the 3rd one and the water tubing that goes between the water dispenser and icemaker on the back is leaking. Passed the Best Buy 3 months and Samsung support is horrible, I sent pictures and they are threatening they will charge me if the technician finds it's not a problem with the fridge. I KNOW ITS THE FRIDGE. Steer clear of this fridge and samsung in general, I used to be a tried and true samsung fan, but after dealing with their support I won't be looking at their products anymore. If you do buy it make sure to buy the Geek Squad extended warranty.

Attractive design as well as practical. Great and easy to use ice water// maker. Interior design creates lots of storage. Like the freever more than anticipated.

The fridge was easy to get it where we wanted it because it has wheels and the instructions made it simple and quick for the setup. Love the fridge

After experiencing some issues with a newly purchased whirlpool refrigerator, I purchased this as a replacement. I’m very happy with this purchase.

My wife and I bought this refrigerator to replace an older one that came with our house. We like the space it has and it has incredible interior lighting, the stainless cleans easily and the freezer drawer latch lets you know the drawer is closed. Only real complaint is that ice cubes fall out the back of the tray if it's too full, a minor thing over all. Very very good fridge.
