Basically this is a nice fridge and has much more room that the side-by side we had before. Everything is much more accessible and the fridge keeps everything quite cold. However there are two problems: The thin drawer that spans the full width of the fridge was poorly designed. Even after Samsung replaced it, it still won't go in straight more than 2-3 times before falling off its tracks. You can see underneath that it doesn't have anything to keep it from cocking sideways so the rollers fall out of their tracks. Also when you close the French doors, the fridge sucks air in to force the door seal to tighten. Sounds good, but it causes a whistling sound for about 30 seconds. My wife says it "cries" when we close it. In our quiet home, it's annoying. The repairman said it's just the way it's made and there is nothing they can do.

Ice maker didn't work at first but was quickly repaired; overall very pleased with the look and function of the fridge

I went in the store looking to buy a whirlpool refrigerator but after talking to the sales person I decided to buy the samsung. I got quality for the same price.

So much room inside. First fridge with water and ice. Never go without again.

Spacious love that the water dispenser is inside not noisy while making ice.

This is a great, all around standard fridge. It's more roomy and takes up less space than our last one. The best part is that it alerts you if you accidentally leave a door open...so you don't waste energy. The ice machine is a little off...if it fills up, it will just overflow, so we're trying to keep it turned off when not needed.

We love it! Especially the fact that the ice maker doesn't take up a whole door of the fridge! It cooled quickly and we have had no problems with it what so ever.

Fantastic refrigerator with ample volume and nice finishes. It's a simple model but bullet proof. Delivery and install was easy and very prompt.

This fridge is amazing, I couldn't be any happier with this purchase. There was a lot of research done on French doors, and my wife wanted to go big on name brands just because. After many discussions and comparisons at numerous stores, we both agreed for the price this was everything you would need and want.

Love the space in door shelves; love the space in freezer; love the location for water spout; ice maker makes little noise. Perfect match for me

we are a 4 person family and I do a lot of bulk shopping, everything fits and I love the shelving and how versatile everything is. the only thing I don't like is water spout - while it is nice to have one it's a little difficult to use and if you are filling up a water bottle that is not see through it's very hard to not overflow

This fridge was actually my second choice, but ended up being the best choice for me! The first fridge ended up being too big and I ended up choosing this one. I actually am happier with this one, because it fits my needs better. Since it is just my husband and I it is more than enough room! I am very happy with it!

I liked not having ice and water in door. The energy savings really appealed to me.

This refrigerator does a great job with the amount of usable space. The french doors are very convenient and the water dispenser is a great feature to have inside that doesn't eat up storage space. However after some use, the middle deli drawer is a little finicky and catches sometimes.

I love all the appliances. The black stainless looks great! The fridge is so bright and it’s so easy to see items. Love the convection oven.

We have no complaints after one month off use. Lots of door space, but no dedicated eggs or butter storsge. Ice maker and water dispenser work great. It is very quiet when running. The power cool for freezer and refrigerator work very well. We have to run the freezer about -5 deg to keep ice ceam firm. Only con is keeping surface clean, it is easier to clean as you go.
