This is our second Samsung refrigerator, and we were very specific about wanting a French Door unit with the water dispenser inside the refrigerator. We love all the features and would highly recommend. Our only "complaint" is the ice-maker is a little slow in churning out the ice.

Had this a few weeks now... like the no ice in door. Do not at all feel inconvienenced getting ice from inside. No future problem with the door icemaker and more space inside. We got water inside for occasional use. Quiet, only hear the ice drop, and a water squirt, no other noise. Would get this again for sure.

Very satisfied with the purchase. We were afraid it may be noisy as some people claimed, but the motor barely whispers. The only noise you hear from time to time is when ice falls into the bucket. Plenty of space and the two zone temperature control is a bonus. Best product for the price.

In the 11 months I have owned it this Samsung has required me to call (and wait for) a repairman to: 1. Fix the cheap plastic ice maker arm when it broke off 2. Replace the fan when it started making this incessant crazy noise. 3. water leaking from somewhere in the fridge down through the doors and into the freezer causing it to freeze closed ! Consumer Reports said Samsung refrigerators had the best record repair-wise but this one is a dog. Trying to swap it out now because I don't drop $2600 on a fridge so I can call a repair man three times a year and warranty won't cover in the future!

Never new how good a fridge could be until we bought this one. Easy to clean. Food last two tie longer than our old fridge.

I was pretty specific on what I wanted in a fridge and this one matched perfectly. I wanted a water dispenser, ice maker, french door and bottom freezer. This unit had everything I wanted and was priced better than the competitors. My friends all comment positively when they see it.

Simple to unpack, set up and love the LED lights inside, So bright. Nicely organized layout. Great value.

Well worth for your money. Can contain lots items but yet, outside size is compact enough to fit most places

Very spacious! It’s hard to run out of room in there! The fridge looks very nice. Only down fall is it’s difficult to find a larger water pitcher that fits height wise in the fridge if you don’t have a water line to hook up the fridge to. Everything else is great!

Fridge is decent. Have a little problem with freezer burn that we can't seem to solve. Love having the water dispenser on the inside and ice maker down below...saves us SOOO much more room on the inside door. Best Buy service on delivery was very poor, not factoring that into my product review.

Bought this for an office and it’s been working out great. Lots of space and the controls for changing the temp are very easy to use. I’d probably get the stainless next time instead of the black stainless because it seems to scratch easily and there is no way to buff it out.

I love this fridge, I wanted no extra things on the doors, this is exaxtly what I wanted at a great price!

The look inside and out of this refrigerator is remarkable, cooling is excellent, shelving and drawers are very organized.

love it for the price we bought it for , the only thing I wish the ice dispenser would wp every day not when it wants to . But other then that I have no other complaints, the water is great but doesn't come out cold like I thought it would.

I love all of the elements of this refrigerator. First off, it looks great. Second, the design of doors and freezer are very well done. I am very happy with this, plus having Best Buy's protection gives peace of mind should anything go wrong.

I've only had it a couple of weeks. LOVE IT. If it keeps performing as it is I will be amazed. So far none of the complaints from earlier posts have shown their ugly head and the overall design is not only very useful but is also very aesthetic. My friends who have seen were really loving it as well.

Love it so far. It looks nice and working great. It was the buying experience with Best Buy that sold me!
