It has everything I need and is quiet as a church mouse. When it started dropping ice I said,"what is that noise?". It is quiet, the perfect size, I can see everything in it, I can even turn the ice maker off with the touch of a button. It is the nicest refrigerator I have ever owned. Couldn't be happier with it.

Great product that I would recommend for anyone. I haven't had any issues at all.

This refrigerator is a dream come true, Perfect design, ice,water.lighting. Well thought out with storage for large containers on the door, areas for meats, produce etc.-all at your fingertips.Samsung hit it out of the park and Best Buy's pricing and delivery/installation were just fantastic.

This is the second Samsung refrigerator I've purchased. What does that say?????

We had purchased a Samsung side by side unit about 12 years ago and had always been impressed with how well it functioned. In the last 2 years I had replaced a couple of components in the Ice Maker and it is clear this was a prelude to the whole unit failing. Finally a sensor failed and the compressor went with it. As we had loved Samsung for so long we elected on another and went for the French Door. It always seems that you lose a lot of Fridge or Freezer space with through the door Ice Dispensing so went for a different option and inside the fridge water dispensing. I am SO glad we did. The Fridge and Freezer are absolutely huge (the Fridge especially so) and we are really happy with the look and functionality. The shelving is a little awkward to move around, however does allow for a lot of combinations of shelving. The Ice Maker makes a LOT of ice (critical for our family) and the Water Filter is dead easy to change. We have also been impressed with how quiet this unit is and are very happy with our purchase.

Love our new frig. The only downside is that it makes a lot of cracking noises.

I had an older version of the same fridge. It worked pretty well. Works pretty well too. No complaints

We purchased this a couple of months ago and have been pleased so far. No problems and it looks really nice in our kitchen.

The amount of space in both the refrigerator and freezer is amazing. We had previously had a side by side, and this french door refrigerator seemingly has doubled our storage space. The icemaker works quickly, and the water dispenser is an added bonus.

The fridge is very spacious for families. We are a family of 4 and our every 2 wk grocery shopping doesn’t even begin to fill the fridge up. The freezer could have a little more room though. I find myself reorganizing the freezer drawers wheen packing away food.

The only issue that hasn't been to our complete satisfaction is that it can make some louder than expected noises when starting up the compressor. Otherwise we love it. Hopefully over time that will disappate. We have had it for 1 month.

I read some negative reviews about this refrigerator, but I love it. It is really quiet, more quiet than my prior refrigerator. I love the black stainless steel. Looks great, lots of room. The freezer especially has much more storage. I have been really happy with my purchase.

I love the size and color of this fridge and you cant go wrong with samsung

I always wanted a French door refrigerator and finally got it! Live the black stainless steel. Love how spacious it is compared to my old side by side doors. The only bad thing is it’s easy to scratch if you don’t use the right cleaning supplies. Overall very happy!
