Delivery and install was good and on time. But don’t even think about putting anything on the fridge doors as the doors get micro scratches really easily! A post-it or something sticky would probably be ok but magnets or pictures held in place with magnets and you have a scratch. It also makes some noise most of the time from internal fan and compressor. Haven’t had it long enough to experience a defrost yet but manual

Purchased this to replace the refrigerator that can with our house over 5 years ago which was a side-by-side. Really like the French doors on top, the freezer drawer at the bottom, and the dual, digital climate control for fridge and freezer. We like the clean look of the front. We didn't want the ice/water dispenser on the outside so we like having a filtered water dispenser on the inside.

I love this fridge and the fact some of the shelves slide for extra space!

I spent two weeks trying to decide on what kitchen I wanted and I kept coming back to this particular refrigerator model. I look at the reviews and despite what is said about the water line leaking I still went with it. Well in fact the waterline didn't leak for about a day and a half and then it stopped. There was some minor imperfections but I was still okay with it.

Much bigger than our old refrigerator. Quiet. The only noise is from the ice maker dropping ice. Love it!

I love this refrigerator, its spacious. It was delivered in three days and was very easy to assemble.

We've had it for over 2 months now and its still working great! Very spacious and looks great and sleek.

Lots of room, tons of in door storage, easy glide drawers, easy to see what I have at a glance.

Cools and freezes fast, no issues observed after little over a month. No freezer burns on the frozen food or ice build up and the ice cubes does not freeze into one gigantic lump. Normal noise level I would say but the compressor vibrations can make bottles or other glassware clink and clank a bit against each other. Water dispenser inside the fridge is good. To me you get what you pay for, not more nor less.

Great refrigerator, lots of storage space, fun options, easy to use, can't get over the amount of space there is.

This refrigerator is got so much more room than my old one. The freezer is so much roomier too!

We have previously had side by side and top freezer refrigerators. The French door configuration has much more useful and accessible space. Room in the crisper drawers for our fruits and vegetables and the full width drawer holds our meats. This Samsung refrigerator is keeping our foods fresher longer. Our only minus is the strange noises it makes when cycling. We have not hooked up a water line to know how the ice maker or interior water dispenser works.

This fridge is exactly what I was looking for. Plenty of space inside, runs well, and looks great in my new home!

Excellent size for a family! Quiet and efficient refrigerator, very comfortable to use.

Very good spacious fridge i use it for my cakes and cools very fast, easy to clean.

Once inside our kitchen, it seems as if it grew, not complaining, we love that we can fit all we want in it.

Skeptical to buy a Samsung but so far we haven't had any issues. Very spacious and loving the overall layout.
