So far I am enjoying my refrigerator, it is perfect for my family and I. I really like that the freezer is separated from the compartments.

This is our second Samsung - 25.5 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator. We moved and had to leave the first refrigerator at old house. Great refrigerator, perfect size. There is room for everything, i.e. pizza boxes, 2 quart pitchers, left over restaurant boxes. Love that the ice is not through the door but collected inside the freezer.

Been wanting one for a while. Got the chance to get one when I had to move to a new home that did not have a fridge. It is so nice not to have to bend over to get things from the refrigerator section. As I go into it more than the freezer part it is very nice to just open it up and reach.

Love the fridge. Water works great, and the open door alarm is a great feature. Highly recommend.

Keeps food fresh for a long time. Vegetables, dairy and bread in the food pantry tastes fresh after 2 weeks. Freezer door closes gently. Top fridge door needs a little push to close. It does make noise when keeping cold but it’s not all the time. I love it, it’s fancy.

did it not "talk" ie pop and crack noises,,it would be 5 stars!

Good sized refrigerator with movable half shelves. One shelf retracts into itself, which is great for the occasional over-sized bottle or two. Door shelves are sturdy and large, holding gallons of milk, juice, etc. The internal water dispenser is not as convenient as external, and will drip water into the fridge, if you don't wait a second to remove your cup after it shuts off. It is also placed so close to the shelving brackets that it can be a challenge to get water with an over-sized cup or water bottle. In all, they are minor conveniences that may require a little bit of patience, but are not big deals. The freezer is fairly large, with a rolling upper drawer for ice and smaller items but the drawer extends out every time that you open the freezer, so getting items from the bottom can seem like there is a second door to open, which can be annoying. In all, it is a good refrigerator

i am very pleased with the new fridge. the open door ringing bell is a nice feature since the kids have a habit of not closing it properly.

Great refrigerator and freezer. Lots of storage but would probably only have one con, the ice maker. The ice maker tends to get jammed up and stuck from time to time, maybe once or twice a month and I would need to clean it out and reset the maker.

Solid equipment. I read some reviews about it being too loud or when the ice maker is going it's intense, but I don't really experience that. I can't tell the fridge is on. The ice maker makes some noise when placing fresh water or dispensing the ice, but it's very short. Soave and convince works well.

Love the design, huge door shelves, love the sliding shelf wish it had it on both sides. Great large deli drawer, easy access, huge fruit/veggie drawers. Only minor problem is a once in while cracking sound (don't have the ice maker connected nor on). Overall LOVE it!!

I love this fridge, especially with the water dispenser inside so my overactive 3 years old can not make a mess when I am not around.

I was looking for more space in the freezer, found it! I like that there is an extra drawer for smaller freezer items.

This is really nice; the stainless steel looks modern and clean. We can still use magnets on the sides The French doors are really convenient, as is the bottom freezer unit. When any of the doors or freezer bin are open there is plenty of light for finding items. Unit has plenty of space and plenty of shelves inside and on the doors.

Beautiful and very quiet. Love the interior of the Dual cool zones. Purchased this for the break room and the employees really are happy to have a new fridge for there lunches. And it went with the complete renovation of the break room. So far so good. I hope they take good care of it. LOL.

Just what I expected. Great looking and great size refrigerator. Best Buy customer service was just icing on the cake.

Fridge cane dented but after getting a credit for damage it turns out to be nice fridge. Kinda small on the inside

Love this frig. Besides being huge inside, I can now hang my grand-kids artwork on the front!! Since the ice-maker is in the freezer there is so much more room up top. With the door bins being big enough to hold gallon containers - the options are unlimited! thank you Samsung

So far we are really enjoying our new fridge. Lot’s of space, easy to change the shelf height. I like the filtered water on the side. We always prefer the freezer on the bottom as well. Nice color as well metallic black was a welcome change to stainless.

We love the fridge. It is everything we hoped for! The fridge was scratched during delivery and although we could have sent it back right away, we decided to keep it. Best buy has agreed to reimburse us for the damages, but it has taken over 2 weeks to receive anything from them.
