Great Refrigerator

When it was installed they had a little trouble getting in in the door and dented the left door and I was called by a Best Buy representative within 10 minutes and arrangements were made for a replacement door to be installed the following Saturday. Totally love the bottom freezer it has plenty of room.

The two men who delivered it were very nice and did a great job of bringing it in the house and setting it up with no damage to the refigerator or my floors even though they had to bring it up the stairs of the deck as it could not come through the other doors of our house.

We have always gotten cheaper appliances and they do OK but we love this one. The only issue we have is the side shelves are easy to come off and can't hold much weight. One finally fell off door with its contents and broke. The replacement on Amazon is 60 dollars. Hate to see what it is through Samsung.

The only feedback I would have for the fridge design is that the water dispenser could be easier to fill different kinds of glasses/bottles. The mechanism is a bit hard to fill through. Other than that, the rest of the fridge is really nice.

We bought this for our lakehome and I specifically looked for an ice maker with greater capacity. This is the one recommended to me by the salesperson. Ice is not made very quickly. It takes about 2 days to fill the ice container. We have to buy ice to supplement our needs at the lake.

Best Buy swapped it out (after offering a few hundred dollars if I wanted to keep it). Both sets of delivery folks were great. On the second delivery we took the doors off and it fit much easy for everyone and no dings. This fridge is awesome....no front water dispenser to break!!! Great room and the french door option is the way to go. Price is excellent too!
