Most bad reviews were lacking common sense, but still was concerned. Since our purchase, we have been very happy with the product. Yes, it makes some normal fridge noise, which they all do. We waited a month before reviewing to give a good review. Still purchased the extended warranty:)

Then when it was installed they did not turn the water valve back on and I had to have someone go to my elderly parents home to turn it on so the water and ice maker would work.

We like the stainless steel exterior and the clean look without an ice and water dispenser in the door. That design gives us the maximum storage space. We were also very pleased to see that Samsung provides a 10-year warranty on the compressor.

Unfortunately it was too big for the space we had. Would've fit if we had counters on both sides, but there was a long wall on one side. Refusal of delivery and entire process of returning and getting a new fridge was pretty easy. Worst part was having to wait another week to get our new fridge.
