Refrigerator and delivery service great

Everything was going horrible, kept getting charged to the point I had to report fraud charges, numerous charges a month ago to my bank. I've never received a bill before product. Till now. I will never order from Best Buys again. Sticking with Home Depot. This week I called just to be sure everything was going well, and the young lady on the phone scheduled me f o r 2 days later. She was great and I appreciate her time. The delivery gentlemen were also great, in and out on time. Hooked everything up, professional. I realize were have a pandemic, but when I called to check on the status with my first scheduled delivery, I was getting "I dont know"... You have my money I needed to know. Waited on the phone for 57 minutes, never again....

The machine is very quiet. The interior is designed well with enough movable shelves to serve our needs very well. The price fit our budget and was actually a little less than we thought we would have to pay.

Beautiful aesthetics, poor mechanical design

I loved how the water service was inside the wall, making for more internal room and clean lines. However, within the past two years, the drain continually freezes up due to poor design, and the bottom will fill with water while the back freezes over. We've had geek squad out countless times to repair it (they are great), but at this point they have told us to not think of it like a repair, but like maintenance. On the contrary, I think of it as poor design on Samsung's part! Just do a quick youtube search for "Samsung Refrigerator water ice problem" and you'll see MANY customers with the same issue.

It has not given us any trouble and the size is great. We like the internal water and ice as the external ones tend to get dirty and don’t look as nice as this one’s clean lines. The freezer is easy to open thanks to the clever handle design that breaks the seal upon pulling.

The large chest style freezer offers lots of room for ice and Frozen Goods. A quick freeze option allows you to take delicate foods and freeze them quicker than normal. An alarm notifies you when the door is accidentally left open. Overall this is a great refrigerator for the price.

The freezer is very,very large as well with plenty of storage even though there is an ice maker. We love it. The only negative is that it does make noise when making ice. We never had an ice maker before so this might not bother those who are used to it. Very satisfied!

I've had this refrigerator for about a month now and the only negative I've noticed is the tray for the ice maker. The back of the freezer has a cut out where the ice maker is and if the ice tray is full, ice slides back and falls down to the floor of the fridge. Other than that I have no complaints.
